I had Remedy Roofing do some work on my roof after I noticed some shingles were missing. Mr. Yaumel came to inspect the roof and provided an estimate for the repair. Their crew showed up the next day and took care of the repair, and I am super pleased with the professional job they did. Thanks, Remedy Roofing, for an excellent job.

I scheduled an inspection for my roof, which is only about 4 years old, just to make sure everything was still in good shape. Isaac came out to do the inspection and was incredibly prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the start, Isaac communicated clearly and professionally. After getting up on the roof, he did a thorough inspection and explained everything he saw. He let me know that the roof itself was installed properly, but the joints and plumbing boots needed to be resealed to maintain long-term integrity showing detailed pictures of what would need done. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the entire process, including the materials they would use, the estimated time it would take, and what to expect afterward. What really stood out was his transparency and honesty he wasn’t trying to sell me unnecessary services.
