We had a great experience working with our project manager Justin Edgecomb on our roofing project. They were professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made sure the project stayed on schedule. The crew did quality work and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. We really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The tear off crew did an amazing job this morning. You wouldn’t even be able to tell that they were here. Everything is so nice and clean. Mario and his Timeproofusa crew have been great!

As I write this review, our roof is still in the process of being repaired and replaced. At this point, I feel compelled to provide a review of the performance of Jacqueline Penick and Eve Mitchell as they prepared the estimate for the replacement of our severely problematic roof. I was pleasantly surprised by their expertise and their knowledge of their product and the roofing process. They were very attentive to detail and able to identify problem areas that would benefit from the use of a self-adhering membrane. They thoroughly answered all our questions with clarity and precision, which we sincerely appreciated. I have called Jacqueline a couple of times since we signed the contract and she continues to provide us with concise, accurate answers. I had a concern which she addressed promptly, working with me to resolve the issue which has reassured me of their commitment to my satisfaction. As I write this, the repairs are progressing and I noticed that all the new wood has been primed. For some, this may not be important, but I appreciate TIMEPROOFS attention to detail and so far, the quality of their work. On a scale of 1-5 I would give them a 7! We have come to appreciate their honesty and integrity.

And working closely with the staff and directly with Justin Edgecomb, he's always available for any and all questions and problem solving. Justin personally was on site and making sure things are running smoothly, that alone is and has been a relief. Thank you Justin and TimeProofUSA for a new roof.
