★☆☆☆☆ I scheduled an appointment with Weather Built Homes to have my roof and windows inspected and to receive a bid. The representative assigned to my appointment was James from the Eugene office. James arrived approximately one hour late and told me he had driven an hour in the wrong direction. When he arrived, I immediately became concerned because I could smell alcohol on his breath. In addition, his behavior was unprofessional from the start. He was defensive, had an attitude, and became combative during what should have been a routine consultation. As a father of three young children (ages 4, 3, and 2 months), I was not comfortable having someone in that condition in my home. I ended the appointment, thanked him for his time, and asked him to leave. Because I was concerned that he might continue driving and put others at risk, I contacted the Sheriff’s Office. Law enforcement later confirmed that he was intoxicated, and he was subsequently arrested. Afterward, I contacted Weather Built Homes’ Eugene office to report what had happened. The person I spoke with apologized and transferred me to someone who was supposed to help address the situation. No one answered, so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. I understand that one employee or contractor does not necessarily represent an entire company, and I appreciated the initial apology from the Eugene office. However, sending an intoxicated representative to a customer’s home is completely unacceptable. The lack of any follow-up after I reported such a serious incident was equally disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Weather Built Homes.

Evan Brewer of Weatherbuilt homes has done an exemplary job helping us get the best beginning to our new roof. He was very clear and explained in detail - with pictures- what was needed after an extensive look at our roof. He also listened and made possible an amount we could afford. Weatherbuilt is now part of our'family.

If you are just starting to research home exterior projects, ask for John at Weather Built Homes. He guided us through our planned window replacement with zero pressure and a ton of helpful knowledge. Because he used to work in construction before moving into sales, he was able to walk us through the 'why' behind certain recommendations. During the visit, he also looked at our roof and gave us a realistic timeline for replacement (about a year out), which we really appreciated for our long-term planning. It’s rare to find a rep who makes you feel this comfortable before you've even committed to the project. John has definitely earned our future business!

This was my first experience needing a roof replaced. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable through the process and very patient answering all my questions. He gave me the best information to help us make the best decision. I highly recommend going to Josh for your roofing issues!

Zac was wonderful and so patient. He even met us at the beach. He was up front and honest and gave us the price we were quoted. Other companies told us one price that changed once we agreed. Thanks Zac for getting us our roof! We are so relieved, it has been stressing us out.
