DO NOT HIRE WEATHER BUILT HOMES! I would highly recommend not using this company. As soon as we signed a contract everything from their sales pitch changed. These are dishonest people. They sold me by saying they were family owned, local, tons of experience, etc. But they didn’t even perform the work and they were not responsive. Imagine my surprise when some completely different company showed up to install my siding. The added price that I thought would bring a higher quality install was just used to hire a different contractor to perform the work. I had a far better quote from KVN, I would suggest using them if you’re looking to get siding done. KVN is a much larger company with tons of local experience. At the end of the day I got taken for a ride by Weather Built Homes. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

We chose Weather Built to completely cover our house with Hardie Lap siding and Hardie Shake for the gables. We worked with Mark M, Project Specialist, from the beginning with the estimation of the siding project, the contract, and throughout the whole project. We cannot say enough positive things about how friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional Mark is. There were a few minor hiccups as to be expected with any big project, like delays due to weather and the holidays, running a bit short on materials, but the communication was excellent and Mark took care of any worries or concerns we had, he checked in with us frequently to see how the project was going. If he was unsure of something, he called his boss, Tyler, to ensure we got the correct answer or solution. Both Mark and Tyler answered their phones immediately or if we left a voicemail, our calls were returned promptly. The project was finished today and we are quite pleased with the new look, we love and highly recommend the color of our siding, Mountain Sage, and we went with Arctic White for the trim. Thanks to Mark, this overwhelming but exciting journey in transforming our house was made easier and almost stress free! The WB company should be proud of and is lucky to have Mark on their team as it is evident to us that Mark truly cares about his clients and that he takes pride in his work. Sandy and Ken S.

Issac was very helpful. He went over a lot of options for what we need for our price range. Was thorough in our inspection going through attic and around outside. Even did not mind one of us ( my spouse or I) being with him through it. I would recommend Issac to another family in need of a roof inspection.

We had a great demonstration of the windows that are offered by Weather Built Homes and decided to go with this company. They offer a wonderful product and have fantastic warranties. Ask for Daniel he understood the product and the construction involved to install their windows!

If you are just starting to research home exterior projects, ask for John at Weather Built Homes. He guided us through our planned window replacement with zero pressure and a ton of helpful knowledge. Because he used to work in construction before moving into sales, he was able to walk us through the 'why' behind certain recommendations. During the visit, he also looked at our roof and gave us a realistic timeline for replacement (about a year out), which we really appreciated for our long-term planning. It’s rare to find a rep who makes you feel this comfortable before you've even committed to the project. John has definitely earned our future business!
