Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. He actually got on the roof and took pictures of areas that was showing signs of extreme wear. Didn't try to upsell or pressure sell anything. Honestly I think the products and services that his company offers does not need any pressure selling they speak for themselves. I highly recommend for anyone to at least listen to his knowledge and experience and learn about the products they use and you will be glad you at least took the time and listen to what his team can do for your roof.

Update to previous review. The company contacted me and made repairs to the spot in the siding that was missed. The inside ceiling will also be repaired after it rains hard enough to prove that that was the problem. I had given them a five star this summer after they replaced my siding. Now we have discovered a spot where the siding does not cover. When we get the atmospheric rivers , it leaks into my dining room. I have repeatedly contacted the company in vain. I wanted them to come out and take a look , but no luck. Don't expect great follow up.

My experience with Pacific Exteriors started off fantastic. They were easy to work with on the quote and working out the scope of the project. Their team was also extremely easy to work with for any change orders. The crew they used to actually complete the work (siding, windows, gutters, and paint) were all excellent. They had minor mishaps like any construction project will but nothing to fuss about. However, throughout the process the pm was terrible at communication. He would show up late, he would ask me or my wife to direct the crews, he would not inform his crew or the painters of issues as the came up, he tried blame us for a wire that was cut despite the crew member admitting he did it, and we had to do 2 punch walks because he did not notate the punch items. Finally less than 6 months after install, one of the windows cracked. I called him on April 10th and got no answer. I called the office and got told to work with the pm. He finally responded to my text on may 21 for the first time. Both my wife and I were gone that week so I messaged him (admittedly slow on may 29) and have not heard anything back as of the end of June. This terrible experience is the reason I am writing this review and is the reason I wouldn’t recommend this company. Overall the crews who completed the work 5/5 and the estimator 4/5. The PM in charge of the work was a low 1/5.

Stephen was very informative and fair. He confirmed what we thought we knew about our roof. He didn’t pressure us to buy something before we need it and that honesty breeds trust in him and the company. We are therefore quite likely to come to him when we do need our roof to be replaced.

Brian was a great contact person. He kept me informed of each step as the project moved along. Tiffany and the rest of office staff, were all very kind and patient answering questions and clearing up any confusion. I would definitely recommend to any one doing any sized project. Thanks to all the people who participated in my homes overhaul. They did full siding replacement, window replacement, lead removal, insulation, and paint.
