Wow wow wow what incredible customer service! from the moment Jeff came by and explained the process, gave us hands on understanding to its culmination, every step was meticulously executed. Jeff’s leadership shined brightly in all who showed up! The managers of each phase were incredible. They called , introduced themselves and followed up. It was well oiled and seamless from my perspective. Exponential value over all!

Mighty Dog was a pleasure to work with from estimate to completion. Of the bids we received they were the only ones to go over in person with us. They were on time, kept us informed on all aspects of the project. They cleaned up everything each day.

The team at Mighty Dog Roofing did an outstanding job for us. Jeff walked us through the options and we ended up choosing the "cool roof" system. Scheduling was easy as we coordinated with Jeff and Oscar and his team showed up as expected on time and got to work. Kendrick stopped by day 2 and 3 and was also very informative about the progress. On day three the Owner John stopped by as and made sure all our expectations were met. The team finished as advertised on day three. All three days they cleaned up and kept the site tidy. Again very happy with the process and the entire Mighty Dog team!

Jared, Adam, Kendrick were professional and patient with the workers and accommodating to the customer. The job was finished timely, reviewed by Jared and payment offered in 3 different ways. Mighty Dog will even assist you with 2.5% credit on the bill! I am proud to have a roof from them and it will have a warranty for 20 years! My Farmers agent for home insurance advocated Mighty Dog Roofing from other roofing jobs he knows they did on million $ homes in Scottsdale. The Warranty gives me a break on my home insurance!
