Had a great experience with Erie Home putting a new roof on our house. Very professional and got the job done in a day. Good job cleaning up afterward. i would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Positive points about my new Erie Home roof: 1. Three inch drip edge installed, water and ice underlayment with an extra protection installed under my shingles. 2. Extra vents installed to allow air ventilation in my attic. Negative points about my new Erie Home roof: 1. Overpriced, way overpriced. You will find the same quality work for 50% less. 2. Samples brought. Shingle sample is brought glued on a board. It gives the impression that the shingle has an extra solid strength. When installed, it is the same shingle as any other one!! 3. Workers hired are not Erie workers. Subcontractors are hired to install the roof. It is not what I was told. The poor Latino team worked under the 105 F heat -13 hours nonstop - coming from far away! This should not be tolerated to hire subcontractors. There is room for abuse even though it is the norm. 4. We just had a heavy rain storm last week (no hail). I swept up half a bucket of shingle granule sand on my patio. I sent pictures to the construction manager Dustin and am still waiting for explanations why my new roof would lose so much shingle sand granules?! Review corrected on 10/13/25: Dustin called me to let me what happened with the granules. Conclusion: I let you judge. They do a good job BUT it is way overpriced.

I have asked that my email address be removed from the distribution list several times. They have NOT removed my email address and I continue to receive unwanted emails. Only give your email address to Erie if you want to be harassed.

I arranged a free roof inspection and estimate with Erie Home. At the beginning of the meeting, I clearly informed the two representatives that I would not be making a decision on the roof that day, regardless of the estimates provided. The ensuing meeting, which lasted two hours, strongly resembled an experience at a car dealership. I was presented with four different estimates: An initial estimate. A revised estimate based on a "promotional deal." Another estimate incorporating a military discount. A final "at cost" estimate, which required the representatives to call their manager and put him on speakerphone and was presented as a limited-time deal, culminating in a "now or never" ultimatum. While the representatives were polite, I was highly discouraged with these aggressive sales tactics. I declined their offer. I choose not to conduct business with companies that utilize such high-pressure methods and sincerely hope Erie Home considers adopting a sales approach that prioritizes integrity and respects the customer's stated boundaries.

Erie homes just put a new roof on our house and garage. Their materials are the best I have seen. I spent several years looking for the right company and they didn't disappoint. Thank you so much.
