We had an amazing experience with DaBella from start to finish. Our Project Manager, Danny, went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and made everything easy to understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. Mark was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure we felt confident in our decision. His expertise and reassurance helped us see not only the value of this project, but also the long-term investment we were making in our home. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism we received from both Danny and Mark was outstanding. Thanks to their support, we feel confident that we made the right choice and will absolutely be returning to DaBella for future home improvement projects. Thank you, Danny and Mark, for such a fantastic experience!

Marcus was my local representative out of the Phoenix branch, and was the best part of my DaBella experience, hands down! My partner and I had a lot of questions and some initial hesitations, but Marcus was very attentive and helpful clear everything up for us. Marcus took the time to get to know us and our situation which makes me feel confident that we'll be moving forward with a quality product and partnership. Big thanks Marcus! Huge help.

Great personalities. Jacob and Brian were really informative educational and thorough when it came down to explaining what was needed in our roofing. Loved the warranty and back story on how the company started. All in all they were great, were believe they have great values and morals.

Absolutely unbelievable, unacceptable, unprofessional conduct by an employee. I only answer because you ask, because usually I don’t let people have this much of my valuable time. I eventually told this employee, Erik, that as a business owner, I have never and will never push to the far limit my integrity to make a sale. It was incredible how an individual would all but sell their soul to make a sale, fully knowing that the crap they are spewing is complete malarky. The actions displayed by this person were actually almost inconceivable. When somebody says we are all done and not interested because of a ridiculously blown up quote ($65000 quote to do a shower and bath, and yes this is for real, which was reduced to $37,200 by the end of the ordeal; again almost unfathomable this difference ) and are told to leave, they should pack it in. Please never contact me again. A copy and paste of this horrible experience will be shared publicly, from a person not from America but who spends a lot there. Every time an offer was refused, this employee repeatedly consulted someone on his phone, and after the guttural echo had silenced, he would retort with a smaller offer. This behaviour continued for more than a dozen times, over a span of 2 1/2 hours, and my wife and I by the end thought this surreal behaviour may have been an actual prank. This was, at least, until the awkwardness reached an excruciatingly uncomfortable level, and I had to tell him to leave, in a matter-of-fact kind of way. I will not only never use this company, but will adamantly defer anyone whom I value at all from using them. Absolutely something you’d read about on Reddit, and not in a good way. I give this company a zero star, which is not even possible. I’m adding an actual photo of the mess that ensued, in part, until I had enough of this exhausting ordeal.

With the help of Jacob and Sergio from Dabella, we were thoroughly exploring options for our homes roof both the financial and exterior components of what a homes roof should properly look like. I’m happy to say that I’m satisfied with the quality, communication, and experience that Dabella can provide. And I would 100% recommend debella to any and all future clients. Looking forward to the new roof with a sound mind. Dabella gets it done 👍
