Erie Home has been the easiest company to work with while having our roof replaced. Their communication was impeccable and all transactions were flawless. They showed up to replace the roof on the scheduled day and work was done within the two days they had estimated. I would definitely recommend to give Erie Home a call, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time having to replace a roof, and this experience was a replacement of a slate roof, 96 years old, with a shingle roof. Roof was a two-story Dutch colonial with a porch in the garage, so there was going to be significant amount of tear down to the original hardwood surface. In one day, the Installer that was sub To complete the work, was able to strip down all of the slate and old paper within Five hours. Some minor board replacement was completed, and the roof was completely sealed up and shingled in another 6 1/2 hours. Breaking down the slate roof added a considerable amount of cleanup requirement, which was taken care of primarily on the first day. The next day, a partial crew returned and spent another several hours, completing a more detailed cleanup of the job site in addition to adding aluminum flashing, that was originally planned. I only found one area that was overlooked with some trim shingle work, and another small crew was dispatched to take care of finishing that up the day after I called. Overall, you wouldn’t be able to look at the house and say that any work ever transpired, because of how thorough the installation and cleanup was completed. The complement of having the project manager from Erie and the subcontract owner manager worked well with the installation of the new new roof. As a manufacturing site contractor coordinator, I appreciate it our responsive those two managing the work completed was. I have a home in Florida, and I would definitely consider having Erie propose to replace my roof there when the time comes.

When we listened to the salesman for Erie roofs we were convinced that the quality and installation system was what we wanted. They setup the dates for installation and financing to meet our needs. After signing the roofing contract, everything fell into place. We were contacted by the general manager who setup the roofing start date, the delivery of the roofing supplies, and the dumpster. Our roof was finished within one week. The installation crew was great and our roof looks beautiful. The dumpster was gone the next day . They cleaned up everything and it looks like nothing was ever done. I would recommend Erie roofs to anyone who needs a room replacement. They are a 5 star company and their communication between Erie and the customer is excellent and professional.

The crew showed up on time (7AM) and started work immediately. Given the size of our house I had my doubts they would complete in one day. I was wrong. From 7AM until 7:30PM they worked non-stop. All of the installers were very experienced and never wasted time. After they completed the roof they cleaned up all but 2 small pieces of shrink wrap about as long as my finger. The quality of the work is excellent. I would recommend them in a second.
