Javier Maturin was extremely professional from the moment I first spoke to him and how he explained all the details and he said he could get me a new roof. My roof was 27 years old and I just bought it 2 and 1/2 years ago. I have amazing pictures of the work that they did and they diligently even came and completed some touch up things that they needed to do on Sunday. Outstanding from beginning to end. I would never want anyone else to work on my roof or anyone that I know. He worked with the insurance company and all of the other officials he needed to keep focused on to get the job done. My roof looks amazing and the neighbors are complimenting it

Excellent experience from start to finish with Carlos and the Level Roofing team. Everything explained clearly and photos and updates sent to us throughout the process. Quality workmanship and customer care. Would recommend to anybody looking for a roof replacement.

My new roof and gutters look AMAZING!!! All thanks to my sales manager, Brandon Cervantes, that was with me every step of the way, answering my several questions and always available when needed. My roof was damaged by a hail storm and Brandon and his team led me thru negotiating with my insurance company to mediation, just thru the whole process. The roofers did a beautiful job, starting my roof at 6:30am and finishing with clean up and everything around 5pm. Amazing that this job could be done in a single day. Just yesterday the two men came out to place the gutters. These two men did a great job. In only two hours, my home had a complete new gutter system placed. Incredibly quick, efficient, and perfect. I also want to commend these two men for being so kind and pleasant. They took the time to not only ask my opinion of where one of the gutters should be placed( it was an extra gutter on their plans than I didn’t have before), but explained all they were doing with a constant smile on their faces. My old gutters were white, but I chose black for the new ones and it really makes a difference. Looks like a different house. Beautiful!!! Such a positive experience the whole way around. I have to say I have a hard time with trusting in this day and age, with too many scams everywhere, but with every concern and question I had, Brandon was there with a quick and informative answer calming my fears about the whole process. It was very nice being treated in such a respectable and genuine manner in a world where female homeowners many times aren’t. But from the start Brandon knew I was a widow and made every step of this process for me so easy to navigate and I greatly appreciate all that he and his team did for me and my family to have a new roof. Level Roofing and Brandon Cervantes have truly been a blessing in my life🙏 Before and after pics for you to see!!
