My new roof and gutters look AMAZING!!! All thanks to my sales manager, Brandon Cervantes, that was with me every step of the way, answering my several questions and always available when needed. My roof was damaged by a hail storm and Brandon and his team led me thru negotiating with my insurance company to mediation, just thru the whole process. The roofers did a beautiful job, starting my roof at 6:30am and finishing with clean up and everything around 5pm. Amazing that this job could be done in a single day. Just yesterday the two men came out to place the gutters. These two men did a great job. In only two hours, my home had a complete new gutter system placed. Incredibly quick, efficient, and perfect. I also want to commend these two men for being so kind and pleasant. They took the time to not only ask my opinion of where one of the gutters should be placed( it was an extra gutter on their plans than I didn’t have before), but explained all they were doing with a constant smile on their faces. My old gutters were white, but I chose black for the new ones and it really makes a difference. Looks like a different house. Beautiful!!! Such a positive experience the whole way around. I have to say I have a hard time with trusting in this day and age, with too many scams everywhere, but with every concern and question I had, Brandon was there with a quick and informative answer calming my fears about the whole process. It was very nice being treated in such a respectable and genuine manner in a world where female homeowners many times aren’t. But from the start Brandon knew I was a widow and made every step of this process for me so easy to navigate and I greatly appreciate all that he and his team did for me and my family to have a new roof. Level Roofing and Brandon Cervantes have truly been a blessing in my life🙏 Before and after pics for you to see!!

I received a great service. Team members are friendly and profesional, treat me with outmost courtesy and respect. Special mention to Daniel Caceres , since day one he was willing to help and guide me throughout the entire process which is quite stressful. My roof was replaced with high quality materials and within the frame time schedule for the project. I'm very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend this company.
