If you want it done right the first time, choosing Evans Roofing of Central Florida is an excellent choice for both professional, experienced and thorough replacement of fascia and soffit. The work crew of Renée Ramirez was outstanding without wavering. When new discoveries of damage were found, they obtained what they needed the same day and completed putting on new fascia and soffit including replacement of other damaged boards behind the fascia, eve metal and two rows of shingles, including the crucial starter shingle. My entire porch has been transformed and adjustments were made to the gutter and to the elevation where the porch tied into the existing roof to stop future water damage from occurring. I can’t thank Evans Roofing enough and my primary contact Daniel Gonzalez that was available 24/7 to answer any questions of concern.

Lucas, the estimator/sales representative, was straightforward, informative, and genuinely focused on finding me the best product at a fair price — no high-pressure tactics. Jeffrey, the project manager, promptly answered every question and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The roofing crew, led by Rene, was respectful, tidy, and careful with my property; they even carried old roofing debris to the dumpster instead of shoveling it over the edge onto tarps. Everyone at Evans clearly takes pride in their role. I now have a great-looking roof at a fair price backed by a company that stands behind its work. We could not be more satisfied with Evans throughout the entire process of replacing our clay tile roof. Lucas was extremely professional & transparent in the planning phase. Through an in person walkthrough, he quickly provided several customized options to meet both our budget and aesthetic needs. He was very accessible and communicative throughout the duration of the project. Jefferey, our project manager, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were extremely satisfied throughout the duration of the work to our home. He went to both of our next door neighbors to introduce himself and make sure that their properties were clean of any debris at the end of each day. Our property was cleaned after each day as well. The crew was polite, professional, and incredibly hard working. They worked dawn until dusk each day and we are very satisfied with how good our roof looks upon completion. A big thank you to Daniel and his entire team. These guys are great and we would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking a roof replacement.

Evan’s Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The project manager, Nate Gray, was exceptional—he made sure everything was properly tarped and protected before any work began, which really put my mind at ease. The crew was efficient, respectful, and left everything spotless when they were done. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new roof, and I keep getting compliments from neighbors on how great it looks.
