Bigfoot Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The whole process was smooth, and their team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. My sales rep Jasias was thorough, he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like he really cared about making sure I understood the process, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The quality of their work really shows, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I had my off-ridge vents replaced on my roof due to the negligence of a very bad builder who would not fix them. I picked this company because of the good reviews. Lance, who was my sales person is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The installer came out today and it took him less than 2 hours to install the new vents. For now it looks like he did a good job from looking at it from the ground (I don't get on roofs anymore). I am glad I selected Bigfoot Roofing. They seem to back up their work. As a former Mayoral candidate and native in Jacksonville I have preached that we need to keep the good companies and get rid of the bad companies. So I highly endorse and recommend Bigfoot Roofing to everyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to a roof. I also find their pricing to be reasonable. Working with Lance was very easy. He gave me a quote on what needed to be done. I checked around other rates and found that they were trying to update me on things that were not needed. Once we set the date The project manager was on site with the workers. They completed the job in one day. What I thought was going to be a nightmare getting a new roof turned out to be easygoing.Very pleased and pleased with the job.

My roof was due for a new one. My good neighbor recommended Big Foot Roofing. I called them, and they sent Lance Holman, a very friendly and professional salesperson. He inspected my roof, explained their products, and the entire reroofing process. He was very patient and professional. After receiving his estimate, we agreed on the price and selected the roof color. But a week later, I wanted to change the color of the drip edge to brown. I called Lance, and he immediately helped me with the color change. He's an excellent person! Due to weather conditions, the reroofing time kept changing. My production manager, Miguel Rodridues, was excellent, keeping up with the weather and finally finding a perfect day. The workers arrived early that day and worked methodically, minimizing noise. They completed the job in a single day. Their work was meticulous, and the new roof looks beautiful. I'm very satisfied! I highly recommend this company!

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Brittany, the office coordinator was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was clear and straightforward about the product being used on my roof and helped me tremendously when it came to choosing colors. Even when I change my mind at the very end, she was patient and kind - never once making me feel like I was a bother. Brandon, the project manager was just as impressive. He was always available to answer any questions and handle every aspect of the installation with dedication and professionalism. There were a couple of unforeseen issues during the process, but he took care of them immediately and without missing a beat. In my 50 years of being a homeowner he’s the best project manager I’ve ever encountered. The work crew were outstanding - diligent, polite, and incredibly hard-working they even came back to finish up a small detail after dark and in the rain! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My new roof looks fantastic and I’m so grateful for the entire team’s care and commitment to doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!
