Working with Bigfoot Roofing was a very pleasant and easy process. The lady at the front desk, Erin, served me with a smile - over the phone and in person. She was very nice and accommodating. The salesman, Mikal Flores was very polite and informative, including a heads up about a possible language barrier with the installer. It turned out not to be a problem at all, just as he predicted, but having the heads up was nice. The install process was smooth from beginning to end and I absolutely LOVE the outcome. The beautiful morning soft glow the sun tunnel provides is better than I expected. (Pictures below) I’m a happy customer. Thank you Mikal and the Bigfoot Roofing staff. You did a great job!! 😊

Bigfoot Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. The whole process was smooth, and their team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. My sales rep Jasias was thorough, he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like he really cared about making sure I understood the process, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The quality of their work really shows, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

John Valenti and the team at Bigfoot Roofing have been amazing to work with. They have completed work for me in a couple of my communities over the past couple of years. The outstanding communication and ability to meet the Boards needs has been wonderful. They are excellent at all types of roofing repair projects. Quick to complete inspections and provide detailed post inspection reports. I look forward to working with them again in the future. I had my off-ridge vents replaced on my roof due to the negligence of a very bad builder who would not fix them. I picked this company because of the good reviews. Lance, who was my sales person is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The installer came out today and it took him less than 2 hours to install the new vents. For now it looks like he did a good job from looking at it from the ground (I don't get on roofs anymore). I am glad I selected Bigfoot Roofing. They seem to back up their work. As a former Mayoral candidate and native in Jacksonville I have preached that we need to keep the good companies and get rid of the bad companies. So I highly endorse and recommend Bigfoot Roofing to everyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to a roof. I also find their pricing to be reasonable. They also give a one year warranty on the workmanship. James Moser
