“We were very pleased with the work done on our roof and gutters. Communication was great and crews were timely.”

“Our sales guy, John, was really good and walked us through the process. He helped us file an insurance claim, and stuck through all the questions we had. The work was done quickly, maybe too quickly. It was a long day, lasting about 15 hours. I would have preferred it be spanned over 10 days, and in full daylight. I would have rated 5 stars. However, the company and I, did not see quite eye-to-eye on the final delivered work product. In particular, there were items included in the price that ended up not being needed/used, and there was no refund for those items. Moreover portions look sloppy, in particular the roofing material is not at a consistent length coming over the edge of the roof. I actually thought initially that the shingles would not come over the edge. John, our rep, says this is actually preferable, but it still does not look as clean as I was expecting. Back to the plus side, their work has appeared to resolve a long issue we had of leaking where our old roof met a flat roof over out patio.”

“Talk a good story and know the insurance side well but don’t do all they claim. Class 8 truck came up the driveway when I was told shingle delivery at the road. Foreman absent most of the time so made them redo a dormer shingled in the dark completely out of square. Garage door was to be covered but not. Foreman asked if I wanted the new slate roof ripped up on the back deck. Told him it took a month to do and if he touched it I would go ballistic.(internal communication?) Left old flashing loose and never came back to fix it along with dented gutters. I had them make a new fancy chimney cap to my specs which they totally ignored. Cap was to replace old one at chimney experts advice, to get water off tapered brick rows prone to leaking. New cap was well made decorative cover put over old cap totally crooked so missed the intent completely. Installer ignored my request to seal it to the old cap to prevent water going over the brick so that chance to salvage the purpose was ignored. When I asked for the cap to be fixed and sealed per my original request I was told they now needed a crane to do that. On the positive side the roof does not leak but the chimney still does.”

“Great experience. Replaced a roof on a 2-story, 2600 sq ft house. They set up with dumpsters and knocked it ALL out in 1 day. They had a team of 10-12 people work all day and were done by dinner. They dealt with my insurance company also, who didn't want to pay.”

“Quality roof, great materials, work completed in timely fashion. Clean up could’ve been better. Be cautious of their “supplementation” process where they continue to go back to your insurance company and raise the price of your job. Not sure if every roofing company does this, but I think it’s borderline unethical.”
