I recently had our roof replaced by Quality Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. We had 3 other bids and glad we chose Quality Exteriors. First and foremost, we have to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Everett. He was absolutely awesome! Everett was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options, answer our many questions, and guide us through the entire process without any pressure. His honesty and transparency made us feel completely confident in our decision to choose Quality Exteriors. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Luke was on site and in charge of the installation team and was kind and was available the whole day. The installation team was just as impressive. They were prompt, efficient, and worked tirelessly to complete the full roof replacement in a single day. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with the cleanup, leaving our yard spotless. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the final product—our new roof looks fantastic and feels incredibly solid. We are so grateful to Everett and the entire Quality Exteriors team for their outstanding service and exceptional craftsmanship. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Quality Exteriors went above and beyond with my roof replacement, and I can’t say enough great things about Jack. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient in explaining the entire process to me. He made everything stress-free and stayed in constant communication so I always knew what was going on. The work was done efficiently and the results look amazing. Quality Exteriors was awesome to work with. Jack came out for a free consultation and explained everything clearly. He was helpful from start to finish and made the whole process easy. Thanks to him, we ended up getting a full roof replacement and it looks great. Definitely recommend QE!
