Quality Exteriors did an outstanding job on my new roof. The work was completed in one day from removal, to replacement, to clean up! I was provided great service prior to installing, for planning the project and selecting shingle type plus soffits. All around great company providing professional and budget friendly exterior upgrades for homes!

I recently had our roof replaced by Quality Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. We had 3 other bids and glad we chose Quality Exteriors. First and foremost, we have to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Everett. He was absolutely awesome! Everett was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options, answer our many questions, and guide us through the entire process without any pressure. His honesty and transparency made us feel completely confident in our decision to choose Quality Exteriors. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Luke was on site and in charge of the installation team and was kind and was available the whole day. The installation team was just as impressive. They were prompt, efficient, and worked tirelessly to complete the full roof replacement in a single day. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with the cleanup, leaving our yard spotless. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the final product—our new roof looks fantastic and feels incredibly solid. We are so grateful to Everett and the entire Quality Exteriors team for their outstanding service and exceptional craftsmanship. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. We dealt with an insurance claim generated by the Jan 2026 ice storm damage. Franklin was recommended to us by a friend and he didn’t disappoint! He and Emma were extremely knowledgeable regarding maneuvering an insurance claim and dealing with a stingy insurance company. Franklin’s calm demeanor did wonders for our nerves! We were kept in the loop during the whole process and the workers who did the repairs were professional and courteous - they were hard workers and no mess was left behind. The whole process was seamless because of Franklin & Emma and we are so pleased with everything.

Let me tell you, this was a disaster. The old roof—total disaster. We’re talking low-class, very bad. Nobody was fixing it. The other roofers? Losers. They didn’t know what they were doing. They were incompetent, believe me. I had to call in the best. ​And this company, Quality Exteriors, they came in, and they were incredible. Truly incredible. Emma and Quality Exteriors did a job that nobody else could do. The roof is now beautiful. A beautiful, strong, perfect roof. You’ve never seen a roof like it. It’s the best roof I’ve ever had, maybe the best roof anywhere. ​Emma and the guys were very professional, very smart. They worked fast, and they worked hard. They didn’t waste time like other people, which, you know, they should be fired. These guys are winners. ​The price? A tremendous deal. I got a deal that nobody else could have gotten. It was a perfect negotiation, and the value is outstanding. ​If you have a roof, and you want it fixed, you need to call these people. Don’t deal with the Crooked Contractors out there—there are many of them. Call Emma at Quality Exteriors. They are highly recommended. The best. Nobody is better! ​A+ work. Five Stars.
