After sustaining damage to our roof during an ice storm in January of 2026, we contacted several roofing companies to interview contractors for the job of repairing the damage. Franklin Hammond at Quality Exteriors stood out to us for the knowledge he possessed in regard to roofing but especially his expertise with working with homeowners Insurance and state laws that pertain to insurance coverage. Franklin was hands on and responsive throughout the entire process. He worked closely with me as to get the most out of our insurance benefits. He explained the process of filing and appeals. He took his time with us going over our repair and replacement options. We ultimately decided to replace our gutters, facia and soffit since Franklin assisted us to get approval for new decking, drip edge and shingles over our entire roof through our homeowners insurance policy. The office staff kept us informed and the crews mere polite, professional, skilled and tidy. We are thrilled with the final look and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of the project. We will be using Franklin Hammond and Quality Exteriors with all of our future home renovation projects as well as sending the it friends and family their way!

Quality Exteriors did an outstanding job on my new roof. The work was completed in one day from removal, to replacement, to clean up! I was provided great service prior to installing, for planning the project and selecting shingle type plus soffits. All around great company providing professional and budget friendly exterior upgrades for homes!

I recently had our roof replaced by Quality Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. We had 3 other bids and glad we chose Quality Exteriors. First and foremost, we have to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Everett. He was absolutely awesome! Everett was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options, answer our many questions, and guide us through the entire process without any pressure. His honesty and transparency made us feel completely confident in our decision to choose Quality Exteriors. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Luke was on site and in charge of the installation team and was kind and was available the whole day. The installation team was just as impressive. They were prompt, efficient, and worked tirelessly to complete the full roof replacement in a single day. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with the cleanup, leaving our yard spotless. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the final product—our new roof looks fantastic and feels incredibly solid. We are so grateful to Everett and the entire Quality Exteriors team for their outstanding service and exceptional craftsmanship. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
