Erie installed a standing seam metal roof on my home. The install crew was very professional and the entire install process went smoothly. The roof turned out great and I have the best warranty in the industry!

We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Roofing, and overall, we were very pleased with the experience. At times, the sales process felt like a timeshare pitch, but the team was willing to work with us and answer our questions throughout the process. Communication with both the sales team and the office manager was very good — they always returned our calls promptly and kept us informed throughout. One thing we especially appreciated was that Erie coordinated with a local solar company to remove and reinstall our solar panels after the roof was completed, which made the process much easier for us. The roofing crew was extremely professional and hardworking. Although only one crew member spoke English, they worked efficiently as a team and completed the roof removal, installation, and cleanup in about 13 hours. The quality of the work and cleanup was excellent, and the new roof looks great. Overall, despite the “timeshare” sales tactics, the professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship made this a positive experience.

Our inspection was thorough and they gave us options to choose from. Be prepared to listen for a few hours, but it was worth it. The time line they gave us was right on and we had our roof within 10 days. The team that came out was fast, efficient, they cleaned up after. It was amazing how fast the roof went in. They also repaired areas that had water damage. After the roof was on they went over everything and gave us the warranty. We would recommend Erie homes.

They were very honest and professional. We enjoyed the presentation. Loved the product, very durable and strong. The crew came out, and. tore out and put the roof back together and we were so pleased and are still enjoying our roof. They came out five days ago and put ours on and Im loving it . Loved the walk around and checking out everything. So beautiful love the color . so happy and pleased.

I had a fiberglass roof installed by Erie Home. The initial sales visit was great, no unnecessary pressure. The job was finished very quickly, most of it on day 1 with some cleanup and fittings done on day 2. The clean up was fairly good. The yard and gardens looked nice but they did not clean out the gutters so on the first rain all sorts of nails, shingle pieces and other detritus poured out the spouts into the yard. They also did not clean up the attic, it is filled with all sorts of shingle and nails. I wish I had thought to check before they left as it will be a tough job to clean that up. The only other hiccup I had was with the install leader, he was unorganized and often late which impacted my tasks on day 2. The roof looks incredible and I can't wait to get the full benefit this summer.
