Erie has an excellent product. I feel my roof is safe for tears to come. The team that examined my roof were honest showing me photos in my attic and on the roof. The team that removed my old roof and replaced the boards also installed the roof. All in one day. They were a very efficient hard working team. Cleaned up afterwords. We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Roofing, and overall, we were very pleased with the experience. At times, the sales process felt like a timeshare pitch, but the team was willing to work with us and answer our questions throughout the process. Communication with both the sales team and the office manager was very good — they always returned our calls promptly and kept us informed throughout. One thing we especially appreciated was that Erie coordinated with a local solar company to remove and reinstall our solar panels after the roof was completed, which made the process much easier for us. The roofing crew was extremely professional and hardworking. Although only one crew member spoke English, they worked efficiently as a team and completed the roof removal, installation, and cleanup in about 13 hours. The quality of the work and cleanup was excellent, and the new roof looks great. Overall, despite the “timeshare” sales tactics, the professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship made this a positive experience.

Erie installed a standing seam metal roof on my home. The install crew was very professional and the entire install process went smoothly. The roof turned out great and I have the best warranty in the industry!

Our inspection was thorough and they gave us options to choose from. Be prepared to listen for a few hours, but it was worth it. The time line they gave us was right on and we had our roof within 10 days. The team that came out was fast, efficient, they cleaned up after. It was amazing how fast the roof went in. They also repaired areas that had water damage. After the roof was on they went over everything and gave us the warranty. We would recommend Erie homes.

I was extremely happy with our experience having our roof replaced by Erie Home. The roof is beautiful and the process was great. The crew were very respectful of my home and cleaned up great! They aren't the cheapest but the product and their process and attention to detail are well worth it.
