Carlos and his team are absolutely amazing! Everything Carlos said him and his team would do, was done and on time. You cannot go wrong with Carlos and roof squad. By the end you will be uttering the same words I never thought would come out of my mouth “that is a beautiful roof!”

Cristian C. with Roof Squad was honest from the start. He wasn’t pushy like many salespeople can be, and he stayed responsive throughout the entire process. He and his crew completed our roof in a single day, then returned the next day to make sure we were fully satisfied and that every question or concern had been addressed. Our roof and chimney had been leaking, and with all the rain lately, getting everything repaired has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. The new roof and chimney repair have made such a difference. I highly recommend working with Cristian—he has a relaxed, easygoing attitude while still being extremely knowledgeable in his field. I am pleased to write a positive review for Roof Squad on a day when we have had a couple of inches of rain and my roof has not leaked for the first time in memory. After five minutes on my roof, Carlos had identified primary issues that none of the many other companies who have been out had ever even mentioned. After that, he worked cooperatively and patiently with me in coming up with a detailed contract that I was comfortable with for a thorough project at a very reasonable price. At each stage of the process, I had an assigned point of contact who addressed my concerns and proactively kept me informed. The two-day removal and installation was most impressive - the crew was there early both days and all were productive and efficient, and it was obvious that they were doing very high quality work. After the job was finished a couple of issues arose with another contractor, and Carlos and his team were there on short notice to help resolve them. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, and I would say that with Roof Squad, I have finally found my New Orleans roofing company.

Carlos was so friendly and professional. After my initial meeting with him I was confident that the Roof Squad was going to deliver all the services that were quoted to me. It was hassle free from the moment the work started until it’s completion. The crew working at my home were extremely hardworking. I would definitely highly recommend the Roof Squad for roof replacement.

I worked with Daniel Reyes - He was super professional, and knowledgeable. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up entirely when the job was done, and the job was done in 1 work day. Super happy with the results.. it's like I have a brand new house. I highly recommend Roof Squad. Ask for Daniel! [NOTE for images: Work was done to the shingled roof only, not the flat roof]
