⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the severe wind and hail storm that hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast on June 8–10, 2025, I learned that my roof had sustained storm damage. Garroway Travers with Roof Squad came out and performed a thorough inspection, explained what he found, and answered every question I had throughout the process. What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. Garroway took the time to walk me through the inspection findings and helped me understand the next steps. Roof Squad worked with me throughout the claim process and helped document the storm damage so I could provide the information my insurance company needed. I was recently approved by my insurance company for a full roof replacement and have already received the first payment installment. The new roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you live in Diamondhead, Kiln, Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Gulfport, Long Beach, or anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I highly recommend having your roof inspected after the June storm. Garroway Travers, Roof Squad, was in our neighborhood and upon his visual inspection of my roof, made contact with me. He presented me with a packet of info, and said he could see a lot of visible damage that required a more detailed inspection. After looking into his company, as well as other companies that had left cards on my door, I felt that Roof Squad was the right fit for me. A complete roof inspection was done, and I saw the photos for myself that showed a lot of damage. It was determined to be a result of wind/ hail. At that point, I contacted my home insurance company. Garroway was my contact person throughout the whole process. He was always available - either in person, phone or text. He is a real asset to Roof Squad. I am happy with the quality of work that was done, and having a new roof is one less thing that I have to worry about. The one photo is the old roof. The other two are my new roof.

After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Garroway Travers with roof squad was the most thorough, detailed, and considerate of all the companies that came to inspect our roof. The process was quick and easy. Garroway was easy to work with, and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The warranty that came with the roof was great as well. I could not be happier with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof done or a roof repair.

My 23 year old roof was in desperate need of replacement, so I started looking around for roofing contractors. My very first call was to Roof Squad and Mr. Garroway Travers quickly called me back and set up an appointment. When he came out, he immediately and surprisingly told me that my insurance could help (and ultimately did) in my roof replacement, which would save me thousands of dollars! And Garroway took the time to thoroughly explain how the entire process works. As part of good practice, I went ahead and contacted other roofing contractors for quotes, but none of them put me at ease nor took the time to explain things the way Garroway did with me. So I chose Roof Squad for my roof replacement. And I was not disappointed! My new roof looks fabulous and the roofing crew was prompt, professional and thorough. And Garroway, along with Nicolle from their production department, kept we well informed throughout the entire process. I was definitely not disappointed in my choice of roofing contractors! Roof Squad, and most particularly, Garroway Travers are the absolute best!
