We recently had a roof installed by Roof Squad. Garroway Travers was the one that took care of everything. From beginning to end he was so kind, fast in response, answered any questions, and walked us through the entire process making everything super easy for us. Everything went seamlessly from the first phone call to completion of our roof. I was on vacation during my install but he kept in contact to let me know how things were going which I greatly appreciated. We had such a great experience with Garroway and will highly recommend him and Roof Squad to friends and family in the future! We love our new roof ♥️

Roof Squad replaced my Roof and Fortified it to IBHS standards. They were professional and easy to work with from Inspection, Estimates and to the actual Installation. Everything was done in a timely manner and worry free. They worked with me on a special OC Strom Class 4 shingle with a unique shingle color (TEAK) and contrasting OC Hip/Ridge shingle color (Brownwood). It turned out great!!! Very professional. Excellent service. Quality Workmanship.

Oh my gosh! When I realized my 27 year old roof gave up the ghost of effectiveness I wanted to cry. Not because I needed a new roof. I knew when I bought my house a year ago that was on my list to do. I kept putting it off because it was such an intimidating thing to try to go through. At 71, and a widow, I was clueless. I had 3 companies come to give me appraisals. One stood out to me over the rest. Not to diminish the others. Garroway Travers of Roof Squad stood out for a few reasons. Roof Squad offered Owen's Corning Duration shingles. That was important to me. But that wasn't the top reason. Garroway took the time to explain and educate me on every aspect of the process. I have a nephew who was assisting me that did roofing in Shreveport before becoming a full contractor. He was impressed by my knowledge that I received from Garroway. Garroway was there every step of the way. All of the Roof Squad team were fantastic. My roof went up on the day they promised and was completed same day. The final point is how helpful G was with helping me with my insurance claim. I would adopt him if I could! Renee

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the severe wind and hail storm that hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast on June 8–10, 2025, I learned that my roof had sustained storm damage. Garroway Travers with Roof Squad came out and performed a thorough inspection, explained what he found, and answered every question I had throughout the process. What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. Garroway took the time to walk me through the inspection findings and helped me understand the next steps. Roof Squad worked with me throughout the claim process and helped document the storm damage so I could provide the information my insurance company needed. I was recently approved by my insurance company for a full roof replacement and have already received the first payment installment. The new roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you live in Diamondhead, Kiln, Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Gulfport, Long Beach, or anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I highly recommend having your roof inspected after the June storm. Many signs of storm damage are not visible from the ground. Thank you to Garroway Travers and the entire Roof Squad team for their professionalism, communication, and quality work. WOW! When Garroway knocks at your door invite him in for a conversation! Our roof was not in terrible condition however it was near the age of insurance rejection so we began shopping when Garroway came to our door and offered a free inspection both on the exterior and on the inside of our attic. He explained the benefits of using quality materials compared to lower priced products. We did our research and were SOLD! The team arrived early and would have been done by sundown if the typical Diamondhead shower hadn’t delayed the project. The next day they finished and cleaned up and we were left with a beautiful roof. If you’re in Diamondhead Garroway is the man for the job!
