After a tornado hit our area, no one for miles was untouched by the high winds. We had trees down blocking us in, a tree through our garage, siding torn off the house, shingles lifted and ripped from the roofs of our garages and home, and debris scattered everywhere. What followed were weeks of exhausting cleanup and over two years of back-and-forth with multiple insurance adjusters trying to get our claim properly covered. Stress is an understatement. From day one until the very end, Ricky Espinoza at Pro Restoration was there for us every step of the way. This was our first insurance claim, and Ricky always took the time to answer our calls promptly, explain the process clearly, and help guide us through everything with patience and understanding. Even during the difficult times dealing with the insurance company, he always looked out for us as the customer and truly cared about making sure things were handled properly. Our contractor had to repeatedly send in photos and documentation of the damage because the insurance company continued to question and delay payment on legitimate repairs. Ricky Espinoza stayed on top of everything and made sure the insurance company paid for all the damage that was rightfully due. It was unfortunate that I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Department of Insurance just to get the claim properly handled, but throughout the entire ordeal our contractor stood by us and continued fighting for us every step of the way. In the end, everything was finally fully approved and paid for, and we truly could not have done it without Ricky’s help and dedication. The workmanship and prompt repairs were greatly appreciated, and we could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Pro Restoration and especially Ricky Espinoza for any storm damage repairs or restoration work. In the future, Pro Restoration will always be the company I call, and I encourage others to do the same.

Pro-Restoration is the most amazing company I have ever worked with. They literally helped me sell my house. It's a long story, but my insurance company denied my claim for hail damage after Pro-Restoration recommended it be replaced. I left it, and a year later, I needed to sell my house. It was not going to pass inspection without a new roof. I called them a YEAR LATER, and Brayton immediately came all the way to Madison, Wisconsin, to help me with the insurance adjuster. He was calm, knowledgeable, responsive, and basically got the insurance company to pay for my new roof. My house sold within days. I cannot say enough nice things about Brayton. He is so dedicated to the customer, as evidenced by his willingness to drive to Madison during the roof replacement process. He was calm and professional, even when faced with a very irritated claims adjuster! He was also on top of scheduling the roof replacement because he knew I needed to sell my house quickly. My roof was replaced within two weeks of my calling them. And did I mention they honored their estimate for roof replacement that was a YEAR OLD? I was floored. The office staff is also wonderful, helpful, and kind. But a huge thank you to Brayton. He and Pro-Restoration saved me countless dollars and sleepless nights. I can't thank them enough. Do not hesitate to call them. Don't even bother to call anyone else!

Pro Restoration were great to work with, easy to understand, listened to my needs, very responsive to any concerns, quality work on time and on schedule. Highly recommend them. Eric was my POC he was excellent.

I highly recommend Pro Restoration, LLC for any roofing work. Project Manager Ken Martin was amazing to work with. After finding some hail damage to our roof, Ken worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that the total roof was replaced with equal, if not better material. The total process from start to finish, took less than six weeks to fully complete. I could not be any happier with our new roof. Thank you, Ken and Pro Restoration, LLC.

Mike contacted us concerning hail damage to our roof and gutters. He took photos, contacted the accessor and kept me informed each step of the way. Fortunately my insurance company paid for a majority of it and Mike guided me through the processing. Everyone working with us was friendly and informative. And I love my new roof and gutters. Thank you for a job well done.
