Huge shout out to Ricky Espinoza/Pro Restoration. We reached out to Ricky as we were very unhappy with our previous contractor who gave us a bid for roof and siding replacement for our rental due to hail damage. Insurance had also been a nightmare to deal with to get replacements for both roof and siding on detached garage and house. Ricky walked us through every step of what we needed to do to get resolution with insurance as I was ready to throw in the towel! From the first day we reached out to him to completion of the job Ricky kept us informed. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had! His constant encouragement and guidance was so appreciated by my husband and I! Insurance finally agreed to full replacement and that would not have happened without our persistence and the guidance from Ricky! Once all was a go he kept us informed of delivery dates for materials, start dates for replacements of roof, siding and gutters. He was on the job site making sure all was getting done and sending us pictures of the work along the way. Once the job was done Ricky was at the house on his hands and knees making sure all of the nails were cleaned up! We cannot thank Ricky and the Pro Restoration team for a job well done!!!

Pro Restoration re-shingled and repaired my garage roof. I discovered a leak in the roof when part of the ceiling collapsed. Mike communicated along the way to let me know progress, so I was never guessing. I didn't know the type of shingle, but they matched it to the house perfectly. They arrived promptly, were neat and efficient and respectful of my yard, and cleaned up inside and outside of the garage. When they left I would not have known they had been there, had I not seen them working. They also installed gutters, as the garage never had them, and once again, were neat, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions. As far as I can tell from my research their GAF system is quality. I like the transferable warranty. Their pricing is in the middle of other quotes I got. They're not the cheapest or the more expensive. They are an excellent value for the money. Would highly recommend.
