I cannot recommend K&H Home Solutions highly enough! Every single person we encountered during this remodel process (siding, gutters, shutters, doors) was friendly, professional, skilled, and so easy and fun to work with! Justin spent hours with us, creating the perfect design and getting all the details in order! Juan’s crew were incredibly hard workers and worked tirelessly to please us and get every detail right! Shawn oversaw the process, coordinated things beautifully, and stayed in constant communication with us! Kayla was on top of all of the administrative details from the office! If there was ever a hiccup, which happens with all construction projects, everyone involved jumped in to find solutions and remedy the situation until we were happy with the end result! We were so pleased with the company that afterwards we decided to get a roof with them as well. Can’t wait to see the end results when all the doors have been installed, as well as the roof! Thank you, K&H Home Solutions for your meticulous work to make our home so beautiful!

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with K&H Home Solutions (5/1/26). I just had them do John Hardie cement siding on both my house and large detached garage - a big job that only took two weeks, despite episodes of rain and snow toward the end. Justin M is the sales manager, and he was great to work with in all aspects - explanation, communication, followup, and pricing. Shaun, the construction manager was very helpful in explaining and overseeing the work. He came by frequently to check progress and make sure I was happy with the work. Juan is the crew chief overseeing the construction professionals. He was a joy to work with, extremely conscientious in all details, and a skilled eye for aesthetics. Every member of the crew, Mario, Alex, Francisco, Marcelo, Victor, Mario#2, Eduardo, and Gibran were very good at their jobs, and the results show it. Will, the finance manager always kept me up to date and informed about what was required. Very pleasant to deal with. Check before and after photos, with ugly Masonite beige siding turning into a beautiful red and white country house and garage. I couldn't be happier! Look no further, these are the people you want for your next job. Many thanks to all K&H folks for the great service!

In January 2026, Justin McGarrity, salesman for K&H Home Solutions came to our house to give us a bid on enclosing our patio with sliding glass doors. My wife and I wanted the look of floor to ceiling glass panels which could be opened up during warmer weather. Justin recommended Malibu glass doors from Anlin Window Company. He gave us a very detailed description of this product line demonstrating its superior construction compared with competing products. He gave us an impressive demonstration of the insulating capability of these doors. Our original design concept called for the installation of seven sliding glass door panels. Justin suggested that we could do it with only 5 slider panels with two of them being ten foot wide panels with double door sliders. Anlin offered all custom doors and made a double sliding glass door configuration that was perfect for our installation. This configuration had not been available from another patio enclosure company that we had contacted. Justin also walked us through the total design concept, helping us to visualize the finished patio. We chose to go with K&H due to the excellent product quality at a reasonable cost and because of Justin’s detailed presentation. K&H employee, Matt Erhart, came to our house to take exact measurements for the materials to be ordered from Anlin. He designed a door header system that was needed on two walls of the project. Matt showed very close attention to detail which paid off in the final product. He told us to expect six to eight weeks for materials to be delivered. We were pleasantly surprised that it took less than five weeks for our doors to be delivered. The K&H project foreman, Sergio and two coworkers arrived exactly as scheduled. Sergio told us that he had 26 years experience as a window and door installer. He and his crew are true professionals. They worked with speed and accuracy through the project. My wife and I were quite impressed at how skillfully the crew was able to construct and insulate the header system that was required on two of the walls. The patio slab sloped away from the house in two directions. Sergio and his crew carefully shimmed the base of the door panels to ensure that they were level. They installed the glass door panels quickly. Sergio expertly adjusted each glass door and screen door to ensure smooth operation. He also adjusted each locking mechanism to provide flawless performance. The crew fabricated the aluminum coil panels which they used to cover the header system and support posts. They did a very professional job in applying caulk where needed. Their attention to detail was impressive. They were able to complete the entire project in just two days. We are extremely happy with the great job that they did. We can now proudly show our new enclosed patio to our friends. We will be able to enjoy our new four season living space for many years to come. We are happy to recommend K&H Home Solutions to anyone who needs new doors or windows. We enthusiastically give K&H five stars for this project.

We had two large patio doors replaced by K&H last week. The experience was first rate from start to finish. They responded quickly and came out for an assessment within two days. We got an excellent bid on the spot, with zero pressure to sign. The custom doors arrived within the predicted five weeks. The installation crew arrived exactly on time, was polite and friendly, and finished within 3 hours. Installation was flawless, they cleaned everything, and there was zero finish work that needed to be done. The doors are exactly as expected, and they look and work great. We are very pleased, and we highly recommend K&H.

Our Siding replacement journey. My husband and I bought a 10 yr old home 2 years ago. During a few days of very strong winds, half of the second story siding on the side of our house was getting blown off the house. The before picture was just the start of the siding coming off as I was desperately trying to find anyone to come out and help while the wind storm was full swing. After taking a look at the damage and a little research, we realized that the siding hadn't been installed properly. At all. Enter K&H. We got a few quotes, and K&H offered higher quality products for lower than some other companies were offering basic vinyl. The entire team from beginning to end provided amazing customer service, quality, and attention to details. Enter our sales man Justin. He was friendly, relatable, and professional at the same time. It was a great conversation while we waited for his computer to load our contract. Seriously, Justin really knows how to connect with you. He promised that he'd be the main contact and available every step of the way and that he'd check in throughout the project. He did exactly that! He kept in touch while our order was being prepared, reached out each day to make sure everything was running smoothly and addressed all our questions. I've dealt with many salesmen and Justin was by far the best I've had the privilege to work with. Thank you Justin! Next Enter Shawn our project manager. Shawn came to the house the first day to meet me, explain the process and get clarifications on some specifics we asked for. He came back later, after the crew stopped for their lunch, to see how things were going. He handled a couple of minor things I called out and followed up with me the next day to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed. Thank you Shawn! Finally, enter crew leaser Felipe and the crew. Felipe was so nice and friendly. I work from home and he always apologized when he needed to ask me something. His attention to detail was stellar, and he cared about the little things. For example, we have a cable line that runs along the back patio. Before he reinstalled it to the new siding, he checked with me on where I'd prefer it be placed. That level of consideration was absolute first for me. Felipe led a very hard working and efficient crew. Everyone was able absolute pleasure. They kept the work zones as tidy as possible and cleaned up at the end of each day so I could still enjoy my yard while the project was in full swing. Felipe, a huge thank you to you and your team. In just 4 days we went from frustration every wind storm to peace of mind no matter what weather comes our way. In addition, K&H matched all our exterior fixtures to the color of the siding. No more exhaust vents, light sconces, or outlets glaringly noticable. We truly couldn't be happier with the results. So yeah, in a nut shell...5 stars all the way around!!!
