Over all, this company is thorough and professional. I am very pleased with my decorative siding, a replacement of old wood, selected for fire mitigation. Work crew was efficient and very careful of the gardens near my house. Communications about timing of the project and product deliveries could have been better, but customer support was responsive.

Devon recently came out to inspect the roof on a home we just purchased, and I was extremely impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism. He identified several major and very obvious roofing issues that had been completely missed during the home inspection process. What really stood out was the time he took to explain everything. He didn't just point out problems—he walked me through exactly how the roof had been installed, why certain details were incorrect, and how the roofing should have been installed to perform properly. His explanations were clear, thorough, and far more detailed than I expected from a roofing estimate. As a homeowner, it's incredibly valuable to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and willing to educate their customers. I left the inspection with a much better understanding of the condition of the roof and the options available moving forward. If you're looking for an honest, experienced roofing professional who pays attention to details and takes pride in doing things the right way, I would highly recommend Devon.

Today, our 68 year old home feels brand-spanking new with the new windows installed by Home Genius. The windows have given us IMMEDIATE relief from sound and bugs, increased our capacity to regulate inside temperature, and given our home an instant facelift, inside and out. What a phenomenal experience with this company from beginning to end. Devin won us over with his knowledge and love of sharing it. Some might say that it is ridiculous to spend so much time at an initial appointment about an upgrade to a house. I say it is questionable to not take the time as a consumer to learn as much as possible about the state of one ´s home, how things interrelate and affect one another (ie roof and gutters, windows and siding, etc.), about the possibilities for improvement, and the company one ´s family trusts with their biggest asset. The time Devin spent with us was a true gift. We had sat down with multiple sales people before him. Our experience with him, along with his very competitive estimate, and his belief and experience with the company let us know that our money was supporting a values and people- first business. Everybody we worked with, from the person that followed up on the phone to confirm logistics, to Matthew who double checked things all along the way was personable, knowledgeable, conscientious and accommodating. We loved having Otis and Julius in our home to install our windows. They were incredibly respectful, communicative, timely and clearly skilled artisans. They did great navigating around our four pack of dogs. For our neurodivergent household, having someone assist and remind us with things like ´this is what you will need for your tax rebate ´and ´check your email for warranty information ´was the perfect fit for us. We look forward to working with them asap for our roofing and gutters aspirations.
