Over all, this company is thorough and professional. I am very pleased with my decorative siding, a replacement of old wood, selected for fire mitigation. Work crew was efficient and very careful of the gardens near my house. Communications about timing of the project and product deliveries could have been better, but customer support was responsive.

Devon recently came out to inspect the roof on a home we just purchased, and I was extremely impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism. He identified several major and very obvious roofing issues that had been completely missed during the home inspection process. What really stood out was the time he took to explain everything. He didn't just point out problems—he walked me through exactly how the roof had been installed, why certain details were incorrect, and how the roofing should have been installed to perform properly. His explanations were clear, thorough, and far more detailed than I expected from a roofing estimate. As a homeowner, it's incredibly valuable to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and willing to educate their customers. I left the inspection with a much better understanding of the condition of the roof and the options available moving forward.
