Our landscaper recommended 6-inch gutters for the back of our house where we had flooding from heavy rain. We initially balked at the expense because our 5-inch gutters were pretty new. After two years of heavy rain over-spilling the gutters and flooding our TV room, we decided that larger gutters made sense. We contracted with Remedy Roofing. This company is highly rated in the Consumer Business Review for McKinney, TX. We liked that they identified a project manager, Jacob, for the job. Jacob was very responsive to our questions and concerns about the project. We liked that Remedy Roofing listened to us and did not try to sell us something we did not want. They provided a fair estimate for installing 6-inch gutters on the back of the house (connecting the downspouts with our French drains) and repairing a break in our flashing. They were ready to install within a week. After installation, we had a 2.5-inch downpour that tested the new gutters. They worked very well and my anxiety about flooding is way down!

A customer of my had a large limb crashed into his house. It punched a hole straight through his new roof. I called Vance Sparks for an emergency roof repair late in the evening. He and his crew came the very next day and repaired it: good as new. My customer was thrilled. He didn’t expect the work to be completed so quickly and he was pleased with the price. Thanks Vance. I highly recommend these guys.

Awesome experience. I now have a beautiful roof and fence! Vance Sparks stayed on top of the entire project even through a problem with a fence sub contractor. I would recommend him and Remedy Roofing to anyone needing this work.

Working with Remedy Roofing was great from start to finish. The staff was extremely knowlegeable and helpful. We wad a couple of challenges with our location, but it did not slow them down at all. This is the second roof that we have put on our properry and this was by far a much better experiemce than expected.
