Our landscaper recommended 6-inch gutters for the back of our house where we had flooding from heavy rain. We initially balked at the expense because our 5-inch gutters were pretty new. After two years of heavy rain over-spilling the gutters and flooding our TV room, we decided that larger gutters made sense. We contracted with Remedy Roofing. This company is highly rated in the Consumer Business Review for McKinney, TX. We liked that they identified a project manager, Jacob, for the job. Jacob was very responsive to our questions and concerns about the project. We liked that Remedy Roofing listened to us and did not try to sell us something we did not want. They provided a fair estimate for installing 6-inch gutters on the back of the house (connecting the downspouts with our French drains) and repairing a break in our flashing. They were ready to install within a week. After installation, we had a 2.5-inch downpour that tested the new gutters. They worked very well and my anxiety about flooding is way down!

Working with Remedy Roofing was great from start to finish. The staff was extremely knowlegeable and helpful. We wad a couple of challenges with our location, but it did not slow them down at all. This is the second roof that we have put on our properry and this was by far a much better experiemce than expected.

Remedy Roofing made lifetime customers out of my wife and I last week. We had a leaky skylight . The sales manager who made the call was affable and more importantly knowledgeable about Roofing. He took the time to get on the roof and inspect it and he looked at the skylight and came down and told me we didn’t need a new roof, we appreciated his honesty because it would be easy to sell people a new roof when they had a leaky skylight And they were naïve about the Roofing industry. It is raining cats and dogs here now and I am parked under the skylight dry as a bone… We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof or repairs for a roof.

Remedy Roofing came to my rescue. My previous contractor had taken 5 months to get the roof fixed and it still hadn't been done. I contacted Remedy Roofing, and they had the work started in 1 week and completed in 1 day. They also had a supervisor that stayed and worked on the job till it was finished. I was impressed. Exceptional clean up. Vance Sparkes, the Sales manager was a God send to the problem. The company went far and above for me to complete the job. I would highly recommend Remedy Roofing for your next roofing job.

We had full roof replacement on both our house and guest house/workshop. It was a huge job and I can’t emphasize enough how satisfied we were with the entire process start to finish. Getting a new roof is not exactly a stress free project but Justin and Ryan were here on site every step of the way and they went above and beyond to ensure things were running smoothly. The roofers were professional and polite, and they worked around the accommodations I requested for our large crew of dachshunds! I was very appreciative of this. Also our property was kept very clean of roofing debris, trash and nails. Highly recommend Remedy Roofing!
