We had a great experience using 911 Exteriors - Roofing. They were able to re-roof our house in two days and it is a very large roof with many steep edges. The project manager Erik was great to work with, and we just had a great experience with his crew as well. they worked very steady and diligently, were very professional. Kimberly has done a great job doing customer service and follow up, making sure that we were completely satisfied. They did a good job working with our insurance company, who, of course, is always reluctant to approve a claim. But they were able to persuade the insurance company of the damage that had been done, and the claim was approved and the work was accomplished very quickly. I highly recommend 911 Exteriors - Roofing.

Had a great experience with Erik Ortiz and 911 Exteriors getting a new roof, gutters, Chimney Cap, and interior work. We were able to file a claim through my insurance and get it all approved. The insurance company did reject the claim and first but Erik was able to get a re inspection and get it approved. Roof came out great along with all the other work.
