We had a great experience using 911 Exteriors - Roofing. They were able to re-roof our house in two days and it is a very large roof with many steep edges. The project manager Erik was great to work with, and we just had a great experience with his crew as well. they worked very steady and diligently, were very professional. Kimberly has done a great job doing customer service and follow up, making sure that we were completely satisfied. They did a good job working with our insurance company, who, of course, is always reluctant to approve a claim. But they were able to persuade the insurance company of the damage that had been done, and the claim was approved and the work was accomplished very quickly. I highly recommend 911 Exteriors - Roofing.

I had a wonderful experience with 911 Roof Company and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement! From the very first time I called Ash, he was helpful, professional, and took care of the insurance claim process for us. He made everything much easier and guided us through the process. The entire roofing team was very nice, respectful, and professional. They did an excellent job replacing our roof, and we are very happy with the quality of their work. I would also like to give a special thank you to Kim for always following up with us and the roofing team. She was very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and she always got back to us quickly. Her communication and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Ash, Kim, and the entire 911 Roof Company team, for your outstanding service and hard work. We truly appreciate everything you did for us! I highly recommend 911 Roof Company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy roofing company!

Had a great experience with Erik Ortiz and 911 Exteriors getting a new roof, gutters, Chimney Cap, and interior work. We were able to file a claim through my insurance and get it all approved. The insurance company did reject the claim and first but Erik was able to get a re inspection and get it approved. Roof came out great along with all the other work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend 911 Exteriors! Our insurance company was being extremely difficult throughout the process, but 911 Exteriors took care of everything for us. We never had to stress or worry about dealing with the insurance company because they handled it from start to finish. Our representative, Abel Garcia, did an amazing job. He communicated with us every step of the way, was completely transparent, and always made sure we understood what was going on. He truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. Abel is honestly one of the best roofers and one of the best people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We would highly recommend Abel and 911 Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof. Great company, great service, and an even better representative!
