I did a complete exterior rennovation on my property that had the original siding, windows, soffets, fascia and gutters from the 1970's. Padra was my first contact. She took my info, set up an in person meeting with Tom Fasanello to determine my needs. He gave me several great options and I was easily able to select the option that best fit my budget. I was presented an estimate for the scope of work desired. It was clear and concise. Nothing hidden. At no time did I feel like I was trying to be "upsold". My direct project manager was Mike Keller. This is one hard working man ! Mike knows his trade, hands down. And regardless of how his day transpired, he made it a point to either text and/or call to keep me in the loop, from before the first window arrived till completion. He handled all aspects of the project, including permits and city inspection(s). The project finished up today. The house looks new, bright and modern! I could not be more pleased with the finished result. My house is no longer that drab, dark house from the 70's!! And when I got the balance, exactly what it was on the estimate. No " secret added charges" This group is honest. They do quality work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any exterior work. Thanks to the entire team, Tom, Padra and Mike for a great job ! These are the house with NEW WINDOWS, VINYL SIDING, SOFFITS, FASCIA AND GUTTERS.

Found Infinity via Best Pick Reports. Tom Fasanello made you feel worth his time, made you feel like your concerns mattered and followed through on all communications in an expedient manner. Mike Keller and Padra Yang were there when we had questions or issues with our project. We had multiple companies we were dealing with but Infinity won the project with their customer service and flow of information. The work crew was efficient, fast, and neat.

I highly recommend using Infinity Exteriors. Who knew one estimate for a single window replacement would lead to our roof being replaced too?! Tom F gave us a thorough explanation and choices for the 38 year old garage window when he came out for the estimate along with a good price. Other companies wouldn't even come out for a single window and I had to send photos to get a quote. Because Tom was so professional and knew his business and his truck mentioned Roofing, I asked him if he would take a look at our roof. After inspection and showing us photos of just how bad the condition of our roof was, we went ahead with both projects. There was no "hard sell". Tom is a true asset to your company. Tom told us Padra would coordinate everything and Mike K would be our Project Manager. Both did an outstanding job. Padra kept me informed of when the materials would be coming and when the jobs would start, to expect final pickup of remaining materials. Ian installed our window and did a great job, spending half a day without leaving a trace that he was here. There's now more light in the garage too from the design we chose with Tom. Because of the weather, our roof had to be postponed for a week. However the man who delivered all the roofing materials did such great placement of four pallets and more, we could still access our garage. The roofers to a man were amazing and such hard workers. Eduardo, Jesus, Jose, Victor, Homer, Gustavo and Samo were here the first day and hardly stopped for 14 hours! They accomplished so much, including the removal of a chimney that was no longer in use. Somehow the chimney removal hadn't been conveyed or noted. Thankfully, Mike K (project manager) was easy to reach and he had it taken care of. On the second day, Gustavo, Jose and Martin were here for another 14 hour day. The roof looked amazing and their cleanup was too. I also have to thank Alfredo and Gloria who helped Eduardo communicate with me and make sure we had a new fan working and at our desired settings, which he installed on the third and final day. Even our neighbors commented on how great the roof looked! Thanks everyone for jobs well done!

I was extremely pleased with the survice provided by Mike Keller, project manager, and the crew he brought in to do my job of installing eight windows and re-siding my entire house. Padra and Mike kept me apprised of any changes in scheduling, and Mike checked in at my job site on a very consistent basis to make sure all is going as I had hoped. I was comfortable (actually more than comfortable) with the professionalism of the crew. They knew what they were doing and they worked together well as a team. They accomplished the job with very little fuss and muss. My landscaping was not destroyed and the crew cleaned up after themselves each day they were here.

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Infinity Exteriors from start to finish. Tom and Curtis were thorough in their explanation of what could be done to improve the siding/trim on our house. They gave us multiple options based on what we were looking for that would A) fit what we wanted, and B) what was in a reasonable price range. They listened to our feedback which made us feel really comfortable using them. Mike was great as a PM to finalize the ins and outs of the scope of work, coming to our house to meet with us alongside Tom and Curtis. We appreciated the thoroughness of the steps they took to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely use them again in the future!
