I did a complete exterior rennovation on my property that had the original siding, windows, soffets, fascia and gutters from the 1970's. Padra was my first contact. She took my info, set up an in person meeting with Tom Fasanello to determine my needs. He gave me several great options and I was easily able to select the option that best fit my budget. I was presented an estimate for the scope of work desired. It was clear and concise. Nothing hidden. At no time did I feel like I was trying to be "upsold". My direct project manager was Mike Keller. This is one hard working man ! Mike knows his trade, hands down. And regardless of how his day transpired, he made it a point to either text and/or call to keep me in the loop, from before the first window arrived till completion. He handled all aspects of the project, including permits and city inspection(s). The project finished up today. The house looks new, bright and modern! I could not be more pleased with the finished result. My house is no longer that drab, dark house from the 70's!! And when I got the balance, exactly what it was on the estimate. No " secret added charges" This group is honest. They do quality work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any exterior work. Thanks to the entire team, Tom, Padra and Mike for a great job ! These are the house with NEW WINDOWS, VINYL SIDING, SOFFITS, FASCIA AND GUTTERS.

I was extremely pleased with the survice provided by Mike Keller, project manager, and the crew he brought in to do my job of installing eight windows and re-siding my entire house. Padra and Mike kept me apprised of any changes in scheduling, and Mike checked in at my job site on a very consistent basis to make sure all is going as I had hoped. I was comfortable (actually more than comfortable) with the professionalism of the crew. They knew what they were doing and they worked together well as a team. They accomplished the job with very little fuss and muss. My landscaping was not destroyed and the crew cleaned up after themselves each day they were here.

We recently did 12 replacement windows and had a really good experience with Tom (Sales) and Mike (Project Manager). Tom was very thorough in his presentation and was able to answer all our questions and make us at easy with our decision after meeting with multiple companies. Our only hiccup was the crew getting sick on the day they were supposed to start, but after a couple conversations with the office and Mike we were able to figure out how to not have to wait an extra month for the install and instead get started the next day, which was 2 days before Christmas. The team was really professional and answered our questions as they finished the job and pointed out some changes that needed to happen. After the job was complete, Mike came back and explained the windows to us again and took any feedback we had around the entire process. Greatly appreciate working with such a seamless company that really worked to make sure our job was a success.

We recently had our siding replaced by Infinity Exteriors, and I want to start by giving full credit to Amanda, who came to measure, and the installation crew. Amanda did a superior job, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure everything was understood from the start. The crew worked hard, fixed every issue we noticed after the siding was installed (including details around the chimney and windows), and showed great attention to detail. They were courteous, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Unfortunately, our experience with the project manager, Mike, was very disappointing. From the beginning, his communication style with both his crew and with me was unprofessional. He would show up to the job site briefly each day, give orders to the workers without so much as a “please” or “thank you,” and seemed to treat them more like machines than people. After the siding work was completed, I contacted him directly with a question and instead of responding to me, he would only communicate with my husband, even though I was the one handling most of the follow-up. When I requested a specific repair on a window and clearly asked not to simply apply caulk, he sent someone who did exactly that. I had to request the work to be redone, which caused unnecessary delays. The most frustrating part was his dismissive attitude toward me as the customer. After our initial review of the work, it felt like he was no longer interested in addressing our concerns, and I could only get answers when my husband was involved. To be clear, Amanda and the crew did outstanding work and I highly recommend them. However, if I had the opportunity to do this project again, I would request to work with a different project manager, as Mike’s lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to engage with me as a customer made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

We just got our estimate done by Infinity Exteriors. It was very informative. My husband and I felt very comfortable and everything was explained to a tee. Thank you very much Tom and Curtis. It was a pleasure meeting you.
