I had an excellent experience working with Cody from Storm Guard. After reaching out for a quote, Cody came out the very next day to assess our situation. We had a very specific issue with the roof on our shed, and after two previous contractors failed to complete the job properly, we were feeling frustrated and unsure if it would ever get resolved. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, provided a very competitive quote, and was extremely accommodating to our needs. Since the repair was time-sensitive, he worked us into the schedule quickly and Lopez and her crew got the job completed much sooner than we expected. What impressed us most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. After the work was finished, Cody returned the very next day to make sure everything had been completed to our liking and that we were completely satisfied with the results. It’s hard to find companies who are responsive, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers, but Cody exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Cody and Storm Guard to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

I made an appointment for a roof inspection by Storm Guard, two professional associates came by, explained what they would do and answered all the questions my wife and I had. They carefully did their inspection and took a lot of pictures! I was made aware of some potential problem areas [in the future], and there was absolutely no pressure tactics in their presentation to us. I am convinced by their professionalism and knowledge displayed, this is a reputable organization. Although I'm not getting a roof now, I invited them to stay in touch with me [a call back in 6 - 12 months] to see if the time is "right" for work to begin. BTW, Issac and Cody were the associates who came to my house; they are excellent!

We had a great experience with Stormguard of Charlotte on our recently completed project that included asphalt shingle and metal roofing, gutter work and gutter guard installation. Isaac was very responsive and professional throughout all phases of the project and was very easy to work with. Lopez was a very attentive on-site project manager for the roofing work and she and Nelson did an excellent job of installing the gutter guards. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Cleanup was excellent. There were no surprises.

Our neighbor had a roof replaced by Storm Guard of Charlotte, NC. I walked over to converse with him and observed the installation. They had plants covered with tarps for protection and tarps installed to catch debris. I phoned the representative he recommended (Issac Schultz) and set up an appointment to discuss our roof replacement which turned out to have some hail damage from a storm the year before. Isaac handled the roof inspection scheduling with an adjuster and conversations with the Insurance company were handled by his team. We set up a date for roof shingle replacement which was done by a team, supervised by Nelson Guerrera. They arrived on schedule, set up tarp catchments, HVAC cover and plant protection. The work team performed safely by using rope tie offs and acted in a professional manner. Some of the new shingles had issues I would not have noticed. Nelson phoned to have these exchanged and installation continued. This is a very professional action by him as I would not have known the difference and he took care of it quickly. The team performed a satisfactory cleanup by dragging the yard with magnets and removal of all old shingles. Not all roofing nails can be perfectly removed. I have found some roofing nails in the yard but this is to be expected. Issac also came over and walked through the finished installation with us to confirm our satisfaction. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Storm Guard Employees, the communication they provide is outstanding and all concerns are quickly addressed. I highly recommend Storm Guard for their up front communication, quick response, employee professionalism and actually talking to a real person each and every time. Willis & Karen Truesdale
