I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Medic and was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. I am in home services myself so I have high standards for project management and they lived up to the hype!! I had a full roof replacement including a full re-deck and am thrilled with how it turned out. Their communication was top notch throughout the whole process and they left no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend these guys for all of your roofing needs!

I highly recommend Nathan Swan and Roof Medic from Mint Hill. Roof Medic replaced our roof, replaced our gutters and did an outstanding job. Due to inclement weather they were delayed in starting. They kept us informed on everything beginning with how the delay would effect us, when to expect the materials delivered, how to prepare our yard and when they would arrive. Everyone and everything arrived when they said it would and when the roofer arrived they went right to work. They protected all of our windows and covered our shrubs. Roof Medic kept us informed throughout the entire project. They cleaned up when they were completed they ran a magnet through the yard several times to pick up nails. Nathan and Roof Mefic’s Supervisor was available through out the entire process. After everything was completed Roof Medic came to inspect the final product. I would recommend Roof Medic without hesitation. David Wagoner

We had significant fascia rotting impacting the function of our gutters. Initial inspection was going to require replacing our roofing or having mismatched shingles. The team at Roof Medic devised a creative solution to avoid the shingle replacement and resolved the gutter and fascia problem. Great workmanship and saved thousands. I highly recommend Roof Medic for your roofing/gutter repairs. And they are veteran owned.

Roof Medic and Nathan were super helpful in picking the perfect roof for my house. I ended up choosing a metal roof. The roofer who installed it has 16 years of experience with metal roofs. He was really detail-oriented, treating my home like it was his own. I definitely recommend Roof Medic for their excellent work.

Had a tree fall from my neighbor’s house that took out a corner of my roof. After a couple of bad experiences with other roofers, I finally found Roof Medics. They worked with my insurance to get the work done and I am beyond satisfied with their workmanship, communication, cleanup and respect for my property. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need and roofing or guttering.
