Top notch firm, very professional and excellent workmanship. We were long overdue for a new roof. In the vetting process, we were highly impressed with O’Lyn Roofing from very start. Shawn, the sales manager was very pleasant, highly knowledgeable and courteous- never felt pressured. The transfer of information from initial assessment to start of job was smooth. Dan, the manager on site was at our house reliably each day at 7:30am supervising and was available for questions at anytime. The roofers were efficient, and just dug right in despite the cold temperatures. It was amazing to see. They were very respectful of the property and did excellent clean up, which we appreciate. Sometimes you need to see excellence to know excellence- O’Lyn Roofing exceeded our expectations and espoused confidence and excellence at every step along the way. Our neighbor complimented our new roof straight away and was amazed how quickly O’Lyn worked. They are very honest and work at a level not often seen. We love our new roof, it elevates the appearance of our house, - more importantly we can feel at ease knowing that it is great quality and that the firm stands behind their work.

He took the time to explain my options, brought multiple samples to my home, and made the entire process so easy. The installation crew was also impressive, they arrived on time, worked through a very hot day, and completed my new roof in just 12 hours. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the whole experience was seamless. I contacted O'Lyn to replace my aging roof. They got right back to me to set up an appointment. Jake spent an hour explaining everything about the replacement, and addressed my concerns about the ice dams I had noted from last winter. He was also clear about any extra costs if they found they needed to replace any of the decking. The work was started about a week later. The crew arrived and started work immediately. The project manager was on sight to answer any questions and to address any of my concerns. They put down protection for my A/C, patio, plants and windows. They worked all day and were able to finish my small house in one day. They cleaned up everything, and there was no damage. They did a great job, and the roof looks great! The only extra costs were to replace a couple of boards. I found O'Lyn Roofing to be very professional and would recommend them.

John and his crew were great! Easy to work with, respectful of our property, efficient and thorough clean up at end of each day. Supervisor stayed on site the whole two days and kept in good communication with us before, during and after the project. They were very thoughtful around the changing weather forecast and adjusted their work around the rain. We really appreciated their careful inspection of our roof throughout the process. They even fixed a window screen that got dinged during the job. Excellent customer service. And the roof looks beautiful!
