Replacing a roof is never fun, but Lifetime Roofing truly made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. They worked closely with our insurance adjuster, kept everything within our deductible, and delivered a beautiful final result. Our new roof looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier! Editing this review to add that we had such a great experience, we had to them replace my mom’s roof as well. Anthony did an excellent job explaining the entire process and made everything simple from start to finish. David, the project manager, ensured the job ran smoothly on-site, and the crew was very friendly and did a great job. They prepped the area thoroughly, kept everything organized, and maintained a very clean work environment throughout the project. The cleanup was outstanding—there wasn’t a single nail left behind. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Anthony and the team at Lifetime Roofing LLC!

Our experience with Lifetime Roofing LLC was exceptional from beginning to end. Anthony was incredibly helpful throughout the insurance claim process and even worked directly with the adjuster to make sure all of the storm damage was properly documented and addressed. That level of support made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Once the project was approved, the installation was scheduled promptly, and David, the project manager, was on-site the entire time supervising the work. He kept a close eye on our property and landscaping, which gave us peace of mind while the work was being completed. The crew showed great attention to detail and treated our home with genuine care and respect. They were constantly cleaning up and keeping the property tidy, preventing any buildup of debris or trash throughout the project. We were very impressed with the professionalism, organization, and communication from both Anthony and David. We highly recommend Lifetime Roofing LLC to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and their property.

It wasn’t PremierSouth or Garcia Roofing! It was Lifetime Roofing that assured me they could get it done! I received a call from them and I immediately explained that State Farm had already denied my claim and that they would be the fourth company to give it a try. Megan from Lifetime Roofing assured me that they have worked with State Farm before and they even denied their own roof repairs and they still made it happen! She asked, “Can we just send someone out to you?” And I replied with my usual “Okay. But I am not signing anything!” Before Logan Phelps entered my house to review the photos that he had taken of the damages, he explained why my previous claim didn’t recommend a total new roof AND where the other roofing companies went wrong! They made it happen! I only had to pay my deductible! On the day that they installed my new roof, David the supervisor of the crew explained everything! They began at six in the morning and finished by five in the evening. I was constantly walking around, taking pictures, asking questions, and watching the transformation! I’m that guy that sometimes annoy contractors by watching and questioning. He was patient and pointed out step by step what they had done! I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and Lifetime Roofing! THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!

When another company tried and failed to get the job done, Logan with Lifetime Roofing stepped in and got us a full roof replacement — all we paid was our deductible. The entire process was professional and impressive: the team completely removed the old roof, replaced it, and cleaned up everything — all in one day. The new roof is top‑tier quality, and the workmanship was clearly done with care. If you need a roof done right, I strongly recommend Lifetime Roofing and Logan’s crew.

Absolutely 5⭐s & if I could give Lifetime 10⭐s stars I would.. The evening after our install my wife & I were amazed at how timely, professional, detailed & thorough the crew & all of the project leaders were from start to finish.. There was no debris or nails (that we could tell so far) left around, which was a huge concern of ours after having a few unfavorable episodes with other roofing companies in the neighborhood... An added plus was the guys finishing completely by 2pm, which is MIND BLOWING.. Just the peace of mind in knowing that a company would deliver on exactly what they stated & exceed our expectations is extremely satisfying.. I'll definitely refer Lifetime Roofing to anyone that I know who has a roofing need!! Thanks a million!! D&T J.
