My husband and I had Remedy Roofing install our new roof in 2006, and we decided on Remedy Roofing again in 2025 for another new roof. We received bids from 2 other companies. We went with Remedy because we were happy with their bid estimate and prior work with them. I highly recommend Rachael Cook. She was the project advisor. Rachael is personable, explains the process well, and promptly responds to texts, phone calls, and emails. We were able to get a reduction on our insurance premium by using GAF Class IV shingles.

John and team at Remedy roofing were very professional and prompt. They inspected my roof next day after a hail storm and guided me through the insurance claim process. I received a call to schedule and roofers showed up on time day of installation and worked diligently through the day. Job was completed on time and according to the original quote. They fixed an area of concern with a layer of protection and sealed it to protect from future water damage. I was worried about preserving my existing gutters but they carefully installed my roof with no impact to the gutters. I highly recommend Remedy.
