I recently had my roof replaced and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, every step of the process went smoothly — the inspection was thorough, the financing was handled with ease, and the installation itself was done professionally and efficiently. The post-service follow-up was also a great touch. A big shoutout to Josh and Jen, who managed the project from beginning to end. They were communicative, organized, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely seamless. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free roof replacement!

John was incredibly helpful in walking me through my options after inspecting our roof. After I decided to replace it the process was fast and easy and I felt like each step of the process was explained well to me. John and team at Remedy roofing were very professional and prompt. They inspected my roof next day after a hail storm and guided me through the insurance claim process. I received a call to schedule and roofers showed up on time day of installation and worked diligently through the day. Job was completed on time and according to the original quote. They fixed an area of concern with a layer of protection and sealed it to protect from future water damage. I was worried about preserving my existing gutters but they carefully installed my roof with no impact to the gutters. I highly recommend Remedy.

My husband and I had Remedy Roofing install our new roof in 2006, and we decided on Remedy Roofing again in 2025 for another new roof. We received bids from 2 other companies. We went with Remedy because we were happy with their bid estimate and prior work with them. I highly recommend Rachael Cook. She was the project advisor. Rachael is personable, explains the process well, and promptly responds to texts, phone calls, and emails. We were able to get a reduction on our insurance premium by using GAF Class IV shingles.

John Sirizzoti is so accommodating and professional. He gave us a crash course on how insurance works and recommended a color. Asked if he could look at it after an ice storm and hailstorm. He came over to look at the roof and educated us on how home insurance is doing things vs. then, and working with us on it. He was on-site during most of the replacement to supervise what roofers were doing. Honest, ethical, and friendly, and roof looks great! We didn't ask him, but he had one of his guys come by and powerwash the driveway and sidewalks for us! Very cool! :) People on the phone at office nice too! I'll definitely contact them when I need an inspection, repair, and/or replacement!
