Curt Schaefer guided us expertly through the process of doing our Reid taking the time to share information options and come to our final decision. We really appreciated the whole process with the onsite team being very responsive and mindful. They left our house spotless and the neighbors certainly appreciated that the crew cleaned up any debris also. Would highly recommend Amstill. They protected our whole garden and area around the house including the pool as shown in pictures

The best roofing experience I have ever had. Beginning to end. The price, the service, the installation, the communication and the best price for the best quality roof!! I found them online as I searched for the best, highest rated roofing company, and they did not disappoint Didi mention they did a complete removal and replacement of the whole roof on a Saturday morning. Very accommodating to our schedule since we run a very busy dental practice. They cleaned up like it never happened. Charles was so professional and no pushy at all. Just the facts.

Great experience with the estimation process Qores are inline with other roofing companies that did an estimation. Outstanding customer service and communication by Mr. Orr. I’ll update the review when the job is completed. Job well done! The sub crew was professional and fast (large crew). Getting a roof done in one day was awesome and a reason to hire them. High quality installation, product, and warranty.

From Alex to John and all the techs, it was amazing working with them. Very professional and job was well done. Completed earlier than expected! They arrived at 6:30 am and was complete with installation and clean up by 11:00 am! From missing shingles to a closed ridge vent that served no purpose to a brand new roof! Let's see how it treats this light bill moving forward! That's the true test! Should be money well spent!!

"Besides the new roof, Amstill also recommended the Solar powered Attic Fans, which help vent the hot air out of the Attic Space without any electrical cost. They are working very well. Amstill also was able to add Leaf Guards and update some gutter issues i had. Overall they did a very good job and left the yard just like they found it: CLEAN!"

"We had some hail damage on our older roof and searched around for the roofing companies with the best reviews and settled on Amstill Roofing after seeing the glowing reviews on multiple platforms and with the BBB. We were put in contact with Hart and he did his best to make sure to go over all of our options and put our minds at ease since we knew it would likely have to be a full replacement due to the roof's age. While waiting for the insurance company to respond to our claim, (they couldn't come out for 3 weeks+) Hart came back to make sure everything was tarped and covered to prevent any further damage since there were storms coming in the meantime. He also made sure we knew to contact him if we needed anything else in the meantime that he could help with. Unfortunately, our insurance wouldn't cover anything, but we decided to proceed with the replacement with Amstill anyway. The crew was very thorough, especially with cleanup after, and we absolutely love the way our new roof looks! The whole process from their side was very easy and was fully explained at every step. We really appreciate the time and care they put into this whole process, and we would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof or even just some work on their current one. They seem to pride themselves in holding to a certain standard and that's very reassuring as a customer. Once again, a special shout out to Hart for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and not stressing while we waited as well as during and after the replacement. He even pointed out some things that weren't their responsibility or skillset, but that could have lead to a problem in the future so we could get those looked at. (Thank you again, we really appreciate it!) Everyone we spoke to at the office was also very lovely and quickly got us any and all info we needed. If you need a new roof, I would gladly recommend Amstill Roofing!"

"My experience with Amstill Roofing surpassed all expectations except for one. They’re customer service. Their roof inspection was incredibly thorough, identifying areas of concern that were missed by a previous opinion. The representative was extremely knowledgeable, demonstrating and explaining the superiority of their products compared to competitors. The replacement materials were of high grade and precisely as quoted. True to their word, they completed the job on the promised day. Even after enduring three intense rainstorms, the roof remained leak-free without any issues.However, approximately two months after the roof replacement, my wife noticed that the GFI outlets in our kitchen were tripping. Upon investigating, we were shocked to discover water inside the electrical outlets when we opened them. I immediately contacted the company, and they promptly sent out one of their installers. While we didn't find any evidence of problems with the roof itself, we made a startling discovery. Two of their nails had pierced our cold waterline, leading to significant mold and water damage in our walls. Consequently, we had to bear the cost of not only the roof replacement (amounting to $16k) but also hiring a plumber to fix the compromised pipe, along with a substantial deductible from our insurance company.My only issue with this company is their complete lack of accountability for this accident. This is precisely why companies invest in insurance coverage. It baffles me how they can disregard our situation and absolve themselves of any responsibility. Their response that "your 17-year-old home was not up to code, which is why we hit the water line" implies that they consider the fault to lie with our home. They should have told me that before they did the work. To compound matters, my wife suffers from severe mold allergies, making the situation even more distressing for us.Considering their almost 5-star rating, I had higher expectations from this company. Their failure to take ownership of this accident is deeply disheartening."

No one was there from management to check in at the end of the installation to make sure protocol was followed and the customer was satisfied. When the workers left, I went outside to find my backyard wooden gate wide open. Unfortunately, my roof did not turn out like the roofs in the marketing brochures. "8-9-20Exceptional Quality Roofer!I highly recommend Amstill Roofing!I made my final decision to trust Amstill Roofing to replace the roof on our 28 year old, 5300 square foot, ‘steep pitched’ two (2) story home after researching various websites on the internet regarding ‘roof replacement’ (to better understand the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the entire process), and then after interviewing multiple companies in person through each of their ‘presentation processes’.My “completely satisfied” journey with Amstill Roofing began 6-25-20, when Michelle called me after receiving my online inquiry that morning. She was pleasant and answered all of my initial questions about their process of replacing a roof; then, she scheduled an appointment with Lee Perez, one of their project managers, for 7-1-20, at 10:30 am in the morning. The presentation materials were by far the best I received from anyone! [I stress the importance of time here, as every appointment scheduled hereafter for anything and everything was met exactly as scheduled; ON TIME!](This includes follow-up calls to discuss questions I had before we ever signed a contract, and all the way though the delivery of materials to the arrival of the roof installation crew and completion of the job! There were NO hidden surprises or delays!)Lee Perez is a true professional! He is compassionate and caring for both his customers and the completion of the roofing process through to a totally satisfactory ending. Lee went “above and beyond” in meeting all of my expectations! Lee was patient and answered every question I had, even if he needed to research various details further and call me back. I was especially interested in the various ‘underlayment’ options, and Lee always responded promptly! In addition, I met Trent Hair, the Amstill ‘Inside Sales Manager’, by chance, at West End Roofing in Stafford, when I visited their material supplier. By the way, West End Roofing is owned by Beacon, the largest roofing material supplier in North America! (This is NOT a paid endorsement; I am just passionate about spreading the word when I find QUALITY contractors who provide a GREAT job at FAIR PRICES!)Another reason we chose Amstill Roofing is due to the professionalism and dedication to detail that their office staff provided each and every time I talked with them regarding paperwork, scheduling and warranties. Michelle and Kelly were caring and diligent in routing my calls, while Destiney and Christy both were awesome in finalizing details after I signed the contract on 7-22-20.Destiney allowed for possible rain delays by scheduling my roof replacement for 8-5-20; she informed me that the materials would be delivered by 6:30 am that Wednesday morning. Zeke with West End Roofing was here at 6:05 am on 8-5-20, and was very professional in forklifting the various pallets of materials carefully onto my driveway; he even placed the sheets of plywood in my garage to eliminate any possible rain damage. Lee Perez was here at 6:45 am, to verify that all of the correct materials had been delivered properly! Lee even went into the attic to “tie down” the HVAC and water heater exhaust vent pipes to ensure that they wouldn’t move during the roof replacement process. Lee also installed some plastic sheathing in the attic near our primary bedroom to improve ventilation! I have found that NO ONE else even mentioned this during all of my interviews with other roofers!The ‘roof replacement crew’ arrived at 10:55 am that same morning, as promised, with Chino supervising a crew of dedicated workers! The entire crew was respectful, and showed a desire to do their very best! The crew immediately put tarps down around the entire house and garage, along with covering the entire pool area, to limit any debris, and placed plywood over the windows to prevent any breakage! The crew worked tirelessly until 8:30 pm that night, and had re-roofed the garage and back half of the house before they left. Chino and his crew arrived promptly at 6:30 am the next morning, and finished the front half of the house and final cleanup by 8:00 pm the second evening. Jose Lopez, Amstill’s ‘Senior Field Supervisor’ who has been with the company for 30 years, came by a couple of times to monitor the work. I was also impressed that Frank Stilley, the owner and founder of the company 46 years ago, came by both days and spent at least 30 minutes each day talking with me and walking around the entire job site!This ‘care and concern’ exhibited by the owner and his entire staff impressed me immensely!Lee Perez, my project manager, spent almost the entire day here again on the second day to ensure that everything was done correctly, and to help Chino with any minor items that he had questions about. Lee stayed here until the final cleanup was completed, and walked the entire jobsite with me to ensure everything was finished to my satisfaction!Finally, I would suggest adding RIZERidge hip & ridge shingles for aesthetic enhancement, and WeatherLock underlayment for an additional ice & water barrier on certain areas of your roof.(Note: For total transparency, after they had completely cleaned the entire area around our house, garage and pool area after the roof was installed, I found 1 nail and a small piece of old felt in the kitchen sink in the outdoor kitchen the following morning. This minuscule amount of debris is very impressive, to say the least!)"

"Amstill stood out as an ethical and honest company from the first time I spoke with them until after the job was completed. They asked me what I wanted, committed to meeting my expectations, and made good on those commitments, some of which went above and beyond what a standard roof install entailed. We had a major hailstorm and our area was almost immediately flooded with roofing contractors that wanted our business. I spoke with several of them before Sam approached me and introduced himself. It was very apparent that he stood out from the rest of the solicitors in the manner he presented himself and the way Amstill does business, so I signed a service agreement with them because it was clear they were the right people to get my job done. Within days, other roofers came by, some of which asked to back out of my signed contract because they would "treat me better." The first thing that came to my mind is that if the company asking me to be unethical and break my deal is that casual about doing so, where else are they going to be unethical? I would be kept up at night every time we had a storm wondering if a corner was cut or something wasn’t done right. I don’t have to worry about that now. Amstill took care of ALL interactions with my insurance company, leaving me to worry about things like what color shingle I wanted while they worked out the details in bringing the insurance company's initial lowball offer up to what it actually takes to replace a roof in the proper manner. Amstill demonstrated a real commitment to safety in their proposal, including the fact that anyone on the roof had to have an OSHA compliant harness and be tied off to prevent falls. Lots of roofs have been replaced lately here, and I’ve watched the crews that did the work - most of them were not tied off. I don’t want to risk someone’s life just to put a roof on my home - it’s just not worth it. Their entire crew, with Jose at the lead, was courteous, committed to doing the job right, took care of protecting my property, and were done with almost 4600 square feet of shingles, including an immaculate job of cleaning up, in one day. They even sent someone out the next day to be sure there wasn't a single nail, piece of roofing scrap, or sign they had ever been there!Amstill is fantastic and should be on your list of options if you’re looking for a great company to replace your roof."
