I recently made the decision to replace my roof and contacted three highly rated roofing contractors in the greater Atlanta area. While all of them were solid, I ultimately chose Colony Roofers—and I’m very glad I did. My point of contact was Giovanni Nunez, Exterior Consultant, and I highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering a new roof. Giovanni responded quickly, met with me in person, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge about roofing systems and the overall process. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made several suggestions I hadn’t considered that ultimately helped me make my decision. I was especially impressed with the level of communication and customer service he provided. Giovanni was always available—whether by phone or text—and kept everything moving smoothly. He initially scheduled my roof replacement within four days, and when I called about expected rain, he was able to move the project up and start even earlier. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time around 7:00 a.m. They took the time to properly protect my property, including shrubs, my HVAC system, and my generator. By 8:00 a.m., the old roof was completely removed and installation of the new roof was underway. I have a 1,200 sq ft Craftsman bungalow, and while it’s not a large roof, I was still impressed by the efficiency and organization of the crew. By around 3:00 p.m., the job was complete and cleanup was underway. When they left, I couldn’t find a single nail or any sign they had been there—other than a beautiful new roof. I absolutely LOVE my new roof and highly recommend Colony Roofers to anyone in need of roofing services.

Stone Yancey from Colony Roofer provided an estimate for rotting wood repairs and gutter replacement at our family home. Because I live out of state, scheduling the work was challenging, but Stone was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the process. Once the date was secured, Fernando and his team completed the work professionally and efficiently, delivering excellent results and maintaining a clean worksite. I would rate their service a 10/10 and highly recommend Colony Roofer to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality workmanship.

Stone Yancey with Colony Roofers came out to evaluate the condition of my roof. Stone was super friendly and professional, he gave me an honest assessment of my roof saving me time and money on potential repairs or replacement. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call when my roof needs to be repaired or replaced in the future.
