LOVED working with Sunsation Pools! Their team went above and beyond, making sure my new pool heater was installed, coming out to provide support when I had questions. I had ideas to upgrade my pool and their team was very innovative in helping me with the redesign of waterfalls and other features that I did not even think of as well as explaining why some ideas (pintrest) I had would not work with my design. I referred him multiple times, with 2 friends using them for new build outs and 1 for a complete transformation! Communication is so important and they go above and beyond - way more professional than others that I had out for bids too.

The team at Sunsation Pools is fantastic! They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Our pool is absolutely amazing and we are truly enjoying it. We would certainly recommend them!

I would Never recommend this company ! I found this company, read the reviews n BBB was A+. * Beware * and this is why I am writing a review. Let me start with Steve came out and we discussed what I wanted. He wrote it up and I paid my deposit. Unfortunately on the day they started my pool repair was not as we agreed on. I wanted jets on one side of the pool for circulation.I was told Steve come out and told the young man to change the repair. I called Tanner and said this is not what Steve n I discussed. I was worried about my circulation in the pool. I also said it would be nice if Steve was at my house he should have knocked on the door or talked with me. SOMETHING Tanner just reassured me it is all good. Steve has been working on pools for many years and all would be good. Yes I do have good circulation in my pool, but really- COMMUNICATION from the owner. Communication is a BIG problem with this company, I was told 2/3 weeks. Nope 5weeks, ok I can also live with that. They used subcontractors the whole time and scheduling them I am sure was horrible. Tanner did his best and he was ok, but he still lacked communication skills. Got to the point of Monday nothing was ever going to happen. No workers or communication. Unless I texted Tanner. Of course I had additional costs (old pool) and had to get a pump. I don’t even remembered if Steve and I discussed a pump but it was so loud. One would assume it needed changed out. I was told I didn’t ask for a new pump! Ok fine- I need a new one pump please. Verified thru text n when Tanner came out to collect check I was told it would be put to final bill. Paid final bill and 3 months later I am contacted by office I owe for pump. I was told Tanner didn’t tell anyone about it. Horrible COMMUNICATION with customers through out the company!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Sunsation Pools & Spas. They turned our backyard into a paradise. The Spa with double waterfall is so beautiful, unique, and relaxing. They were able to to so much with our limited space, it's just incredible! From start to finish they were wonderful to work with, have very high work ethics and great crews. Once they broke ground they moved quickly thru the project. If there were any questions, they were right on top of everything. We interviewed several pool companies and choose them because of their excellent rating with BBB, been in business for several years, the highest reviews, and we liked they they have their own crews so only a few things are contracted out, which they stayed on top of all the way thru the project. The owner Steve and Project Manager Tanner were easy to reach, answered any questions or concerns immediately throughout the entire project. Purchasing a pool can be a scary experience, but not with Sunsation, we were confident of the work they did, their attention to detail, and attention to us as well making it stress free! GREAT JOB GUYS!

We are extremely pleased with our pool! The whole team at Sunsation Pools & Spas is fantastic! They are very professional and their constant communication with us was great! We totally recommend them and next time we build another pool we will choose them again for sure!
