“It took a while to get the pool together. There was a conflict regarding the mechanical maintenance of the pool. Their mechanic said the pump wasn't working. I saw the pump was working. They wanted to charge me $400 to change out the motor. I had to get a second person to verify that the pump was working. They changed some capacitors in the pump, and I only had to pay $75 instead of the $400. Some residue was left in the pool due to the filter that needed changing. Now everything seems to be coming together. It took quite a while for them to get it together.”

“1. There is a room for improvement. The routinely workman has to be trained to observe / identify the pool issues and problems before the pool owner to complain and report the issues / problems. 2. The after visit report should include what has been made to devices such as the cleaner. Many time the cleaner was removed or been back installed without reporting.”
