Outstanding Pool Service! I’ve been using Pool Doctor for years, and they are hands-down the best pool service I’ve ever worked with. Their team consistently impresses me with their professionalism and outstanding attention to detail. My pool water stays crystal clear week after week, and the chemical levels are always perfectly balanced, thanks to the excellent weekly service from Ashley and Jeff. The technicians are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I need repairs or adjustments. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was absolutely SCAMMED by this company in Cape Coral. My pool heater wasn't working. I called for someone to come out and diagnose what was going on. A young guy came out and stuck a wooden broom handle in the top of the motor and got the motor to start because it was seized. He said he got it working but couldn't diagnose or tell me what was wrong to fix it. I asked what about when it doesn't start as soon as this turns off? He told me that it was so old that it was not worth fixing and that it would be in my best interest to just buy a new heater. He proceeded to give me a quote for over $8K. This just didn't seem right. I proceeded to call Rheem and my heater was under 3 years old and parts were 100% covered. It actually was a control panel, the fan motor, and the capacitor - of which ALL PARTS WERE SENT OVER NIGHT FOR FREE from Rheem. I truly believe that not only was this situation misrepresented but that they thought they were going to easily deceive me into just buying a new heater. I was charged $165 for this a visit where he didn't diagnose what the problem was and give me a quote for how much it would be to fix but was only given an outrageous quote. I was turned over to collections for this bill even after disputing it with the manager. I am just trying to warn anybody that calls them that you may not get someone to help you but that they may actually try to charge you an exorbitant amount for something without doing any of their due diligence. I'm extremely dissatisfied and feel like this was a scam.

Steven, the Service Manager is beyond fantastic ! He is always there to answer questions and returns calls promptly. His vast knowledge of the equipment and pools gives the comfort of knowing your pool will be taken care of. I have used Pool Doctor for many years and have had awesome service each week. Highly recommend them ! And if you get Steven as your Service Manager you will have the best experience !

Pool doctor neglected our pool. They would come for 1-2 minutes. They never brushed the pool or checked the chemicals just dumped chemicals in. Skimmer was blocked,They not once cleaned the pool filter and I’m very lucky my pump didn’t blow. I have attached pictures. Terrible service and a waste of money
