After dealing with AquaCal from St. Petersburg it was time for a change. I called a few local places here in the Cape area and no replies or responses. Finally called Pool Doctor on Del Prado and they sent someone out the next day. Payton the technician kept me in touch about the time he would arrive. He's very professional and courteous, easy to speak with and is very knowledgeable about his trade. He had our heat pump back running smoothly in no time. I was able to watch his great service, he also showed me where the last person working on the heat pump (3) months ago had just cut the wires on one of the tempature sensors. I believe he did this on Aqua-Cal last service call where they only replaced one the sensors and couldn't get to the other one because it was to hard to reach. Then on top of that when I called them back about their warranty on the parts they replaced in March of 2026. The told me the part was only under warranty for 90 days. So after 91 days they can't help me, SMH' Payton worked hard replacing both sensors and had our heat pump back online. I will call Pool Doctor again in the future. Thanks for having great, superb technicians and other employees at Pool Doctor. Also, giving a shout-out to Laura and Steven who I talked on the phone with as well, thank you.

Jackie is the best!! She thoroughly detailed the cleaning of our pool. She is so friendly and kind too. Explains what has been serviced and answers questions we may have. She is the symbol of excellent customer service and care. Also, Mitch who scheduled the service! So helpful and responsive. Thank you both! We appreciate the time!

Outstanding Pool Service! I’ve been using Pool Doctor for years, and they are hands-down the best pool service I’ve ever worked with. Their team consistently impresses me with their professionalism and outstanding attention to detail. My pool water stays crystal clear week after week, and the chemical levels are always perfectly balanced, thanks to the excellent weekly service from Ashley and Jeff. The technicians are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I need repairs or adjustments. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Ashley is by far the best pool technician we’ve had in the past 17 years. She is always very pleasant, knowledgeable, explains everything to help us keep our water clean. Sometimes she’s the only one at the counter and she works very well under pressure while still being pleasant and friendly. We nominate her for Best Technician. She deserves a raise, and a bonus. Isiah does great work. However, for the past 2 weeks he was not notified that I was upgraded to platinum, which includes sweeping the bottom of the pool. He did it because I asked him to, but I would like for him to be given he correct plan do that I can assure it is done properly if I am not home. Again, this is no fault of Isiah’s. He is doing a great job and is very mannerly and friendly,
