Work was scheduled quickly and completed as scheduled. The demo of the old plaster and installation of new plaster was done very professionally and looks beautiful. The coping stone work was done by a true craftsman and looks beautiful as well!

Pool remodel wrapped up in January 2025 with Petri Pools. We are extremely happy with the remodel and the entire process. Working with Mike on the remodel concept and pricing and with Brennan project managing. I contacted three contractors with two providing quotes. The quotes were a few $$ within each other so I knew that I was getting good pricing. I went with Petri because Mike offered cost saving options, without me asking and allowed me to make the decision with how I wanted to go. Brennan was very communicative with schedule and was there to answer any questions I had and help solve small issues I had with our pool. Being in construction myself, I loved watching the whole process. Great job Petri! We are already in the hot tub! I would highly recommend.

Contacted Petri Pools about a pool pump issue and some plumbing updates. Ricky was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help with my requests at a fraction of the cost of the other company I had contacted. I will definitely be using Petri for any future updates or technical issues.

We selected Petri Pools to resurface our pool this spring and we are very happy with the entire process and the result. We chose them because of their responsiveness and knowledge, as well as competitive pricing, and all of this continued as we moved through the project. They were efficient and did quality work, and the end result looks fantastic. Brennan was the project manager and he was great - we especially appreciated his frequent communication with updates so we knew what to expect, and his responsiveness to any questions or issues. This included prompt follow-up on a couple of unrelated issues (timer and pump) we had after the project was done. Too often we've been frustrated by lack of communication or follow-up and you never really know what you're going to get - - - it makes such a big difference when there is such a high focus on customer service, along with a job well done. Dealing with Petri pools for the renovation of our pool was a great experience from getting the estimate to completion of the work. We were given detailed information of the work from beginning to end. Very professional and informative every step of the way. Always eager to answer our questions and give us professional advice. Our pool looks awesome. Highly recommend!
