We have had the same pool guy since we built our pool 3 years ago. We needed a new pool company because our previous company was not doing their job properly (meaning they would spend less than 5 minutes at our house, that is if they even showed up, not put chemicals in the water, they didn’t check the equipment, they didn’t test the water, nor did they clean the filters, etc.) When Jordan arrived for the first time, he did everything right. He spent so much time checking over everything properly. He swept, cleaned, tested, and thoroughly did an amazing job. Our pool hasn’t been this clean, and stayed that clean, in 3 years. Jordan was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, even though Hobert Pools did a terrible job on building our pool and installing the equipment, but Jordan took the time to figure it all out and I think he went above and beyond anything I have seen from our previous experience. Patriot Pools has comparable pricing, and they have been a great company to work with thus far. Thanks so much! I added a before and after picture. Now my pool looks like the clear ocean water that I wanted it to look like from the beginning, minus some sand from my dogs getting in there to cool off from the heat of the summer sun.

Jonathan is a great pool tech! He is always pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful and communicative!! He always does a great job and keeps me in the loop about everything, even if there is something concerning or questionable. I appreciate his attentiveness to details and his work!

Caleb’s not do anything but check the chemicals and look at the skimmer basket 😡 see photos! Is this clean? His photos do not match the reality of the actual conditions.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM PATRIOT POOLS! What a joke of a company! During my very first week of service, Patriot Pools claimed they could not access my property, despite my property management company providing them with the correct code for the back gate. Rather than communicating the problem, they repeatedly ignored our texts asking whether they had gained access or whether any issues still needed to be resolved. Worse, Patriot Pools sent emails claiming that my pool had been serviced when, in fact, it had not been cleaned at all! If you want a pool service company that fails to communicate, ignores its customers, and sends misleading service confirmations, Patriot Pools is the company for you. And don't expect anything from customer service. It took SEVEN PHONE CALLS to get to the bottom of the situation. Even then, the company's manager, Nathan Lehman, took no ownership of his company's conduct. The lack of communication, misleading service reports, and complete failure to take responsibility are unresponsive, unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration. AVOID PATRIOT POOLS!

Patriot comes out weekly and does a great job each time! Caleb’s work this week met all our expectations and got our pool ready for the holiday weekend!
