We have had the same pool guy since we built our pool 3 years ago. We needed a new pool company because our previous company was not doing their job properly (meaning they would spend less than 5 minutes at our house, that is if they even showed up, not put chemicals in the water, they didn’t check the equipment, they didn’t test the water, nor did they clean the filters, etc.) When Jordan arrived for the first time, he did everything right. He spent so much time checking over everything properly. He swept, cleaned, tested, and thoroughly did an amazing job. Our pool hasn’t been this clean, and stayed that clean, in 3 years. Jordan was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, even though Hobert Pools did a terrible job on building our pool and installing the equipment, but Jordan took the time to figure it all out and I think he went above and beyond anything I have seen from our previous experience. Patriot Pools has comparable pricing, and they have been a great company to work with thus far. Thanks so much! I added a before and after picture. Now my pool looks like the clear ocean water that I wanted it to look like from the beginning, minus some sand from my dogs getting in there to cool off from the heat of the summer sun.

Patriot comes out weekly and does a great job each time! Caleb’s work this week met all our expectations and got our pool ready for the holiday weekend!

Paul was awesome!! Answered all our questions, told us what was causing the issue with our pool ans made some super helpful recommendations. Very friendly and efficient. That pool was already looking muck better before he left. We really appreciate him and his work!!

I recommend 100%. A business that is truly focused on customer satisfaction these days is a breath of fresh air. We lost control of the pool when we were on vacation and it got really hot unexpectedly - they were able to turn it around in a day! We will be starting weekly cleaning with them after year of saying "I will never pay for cleaning service".... Their prices are already great, but they also give the veteran discount on top with no long term contact. Wendy and all the people so nice .. reminding me and keeping me on task with patience.
