“I was only with them about a year, but I could not recommend them as a pool service.”

“Had 4-5 different pool techs in a 6 month period. Sometimes they would come on Saturday (when we use the pool), so useless. Service department is incompetent and I had to fix my lights myself because they couldn't figure out how. Final service they totally unbalanced and saturated the pool resulting in weeks of white residue. Worst pool service provider I've ever had or heard of.”

“Service technician is inconsistent and does not arrive on any sort of schedule. One day, he sat in front of my house for an entire hour until I finally walked outside and asked if he was okay. He made up some excuse and finally serviced the pool. No wonder he's always late!”
