Ed is excellent - he’s our weekly pool expert from Patriot Pool & Spa. We have a challenging older pool with the mess of persistent oak leaf drop. Ed takes it in stride with A LOT of pride in his work. He’s also super considerate texting me in advance so I can put our pup inside. With all the pools Ed services, he takes the time to learn the peculiarities of each so when he makes a recommendation, you can trust him. And when he doesn’t know something, he’ll call for help or advice. Keep up the great work, Ed!👍

Omar v. Is one of the best employees Patriot pools employs. Yes, courteous genuinely invested in my pool and the only one that can keep its problematic temperament in check. I appreciate Patriot And Omar for keeping our pool beautiful all year.

I rarely need to call contractors to my home, but when I do I pay close attention to the way they conduct business. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian (call taker) and Patrick (Service Tech). From the beginning, Brian listened to all my needs and continued with urgency and great communication. They came up with an extremely cost effective solution and presented me with an honest quote. Patrick was here the next day ready to go. He was professional, intelligent, clean cut and knew exactly what I needed. He quickly had my new pump installed and showed me how to use it. He did a great job. I'm glad I called Patriot because they provided several solutions that I was unaware were even an option. Thank you Patriot team. Highly recommend.

Patrick, Ukiah, and Paul all went above and beyond on servicing my pool the past 2 weeks. It needed repair on top of additional cleaning and they took care of it for me. Patrick responded to emails quickly and called me to update me on issues and Ukiah took time to come out a second time and educate me on some of the equipment. Overall I feel like they went above and beyond with me on customer service and I greatly appreciate it. Would recommend this company for your pool maintenance and service.
