Outdoor Makeover helped us finally build our dream deck and screened in porch after almost 3 years stuck in a failed project from another contractor. From the first meeting with the team (Jon, Charles, Geraldo and Ivan), we knew we were in good hands. They jumped right in, and we saw more progress in that first week than we had seen in 3 years. We found the whole team to be very professional and skilled, and we are thrilled with the end product. We were especially impressed with their communication throughout the whole project, we never had any surprises because they kept us up to date daily and weekly on every aspect of the project. Highly recommend Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces!

From the first meeting with our design/sales consultant, Jonathan, to our last boulder with our foreman, Santiago, and site manager, Alex, this project was a unicorn - finished ahead of schedule, under budget, and was executed exactly as I wanted and had envisioned. Jonathan worked with our budget and our very difficult and complicated (easement, utilities, pool equipment) sloped backyard to bring my vision to life. Once the site was cleared, the team and I reassessed our plan with the natural topography of the slope to confirm details and preferences. Everything fell into place seamlessly from there. All my large canopy trees remain untouched and healthy which was a top priority. Fabulous company and team.

Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces did two large Projects for me including a backyard renovation and new Zoysia sod for my front lawn. The Design Plan process was spot-on, they met with me to pick out Plants and discuss materials; scheduling was easy, the Crew was awesome and took care of some side issues with my landscape lights and irrigation systems, they were polite, on-time, cleaned up every night during the duration of the work, everyone was easy to work with, and they were competitive with their peers in the Atlanta market. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We had a fantastic experience with the landscaping team of Alex Jarski, foreman Santiago, and the designer/sales person Shawn Ford from start to finish. They were incredibly thorough in their work, making sure every detail was handled with care and precision. Their attention to detail really stood out and made a noticeable difference in the final result. They were also very easy to work with—professional, friendly, and always willing to listen. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly, and they were flexible in making adjustments whenever needed to ensure everything met our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every stage and followed up after the job was completed to make sure we were fully satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Outdoor Makeover on our landscaping project. Jon did an excellent job taking our ideas and turning them into a clear, thoughtful design that worked really well for our space. He was easy to work with and really understood what we were going for. Chuck managed the build from start to finish and kept everything on track. He was responsive, organized, and quick to address any issues that came up along the way. His crew was professional and respectful of our property throughout the process. The end result turned out even better than we expected. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. We’re very happy with how everything came together and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a landscaping project.
