“They have always been good and I love Remy, he's really good. When I called they are responsive and very helpful so they are great on the phone. When I got my water heater inspected they couldn't make the time but called anyways to let me know. They follow through on what they say they are going to do.”
“Very overpriced. The pricing policy is ridiculous. Instead of an hourly rate like most licensed plumbers, they give you two costs after they show up: the first price is the cost of locating the problem, and the second price is for doing the repair work. I was charged an amount almost triple what a top quality licenses plumber with an hourly rate would have cost. But since I had an ongoing leak, I was stuck. Because this company has sufficient staff to deal with immediate problems, they take advantage of that fact. I wouldn't mind if they added on an up front flat rate quick response charge on top of an hourly rate.”

“CJ gave enough notification that he was on his way and made sure to take care of the issue promptly. He is always respectful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Also giving us the best solution to our situation.”
“The very personable man who did the work, Remy Lopez, explained what he planned to do before doing the work and what he was doing while he did the work. He came twice, first to fix a leaking icemaker filter, where he also found pipes with pinhole leaks and fixed them, and second to replace water pipes and parts where the pipes entered the house. He answered all of my questions. He explained why he did things the way he did them and what I needed to do as the homeowner, like what to watch for regarding leaks in old pipes, how to open and close the water valves and when to replace a certain part that was expected to last a specific number of years (and even put a note card next to it). Remy and the office staff patiently explained the estimate for the second job before doing it, as well as the service agreement options that provide certain yearly benefits and work discounts. There were no unwanted surprises. The company also didn't push me to have the job done by them even after I signed the agreement and then looked into having the work covered by a warranty company that would require using a different plumber. I'm more than happy with my Mallick experience.”
