We recently had Southwest Plumbing install a new heater and AC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was installed correctly and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and they left the area clean after the installation. Our new system works perfectly, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement in comfort and air quality. Their customer service was top-notch, and we met with our home advisor Michael Thomsen, and he walked us through all the options the pricing was fair for the quality provided. In addition to the HVAC installation, they also installed a new smart thermostat. The team took the time to teach us how to use it, helped us download and set up the app on our phones, and made sure we understood and felt completely comfortable with the new device and app. This level of care and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Since the installation, the system has been operating flawlessly, delivering improved comfort and energy efficiency. I had Raul and Jose come by to reinstall both my toilets after a flood incident in my condo, and today I needed a sink reconnected, so Kirk and Michelangelo came out today. Raul had left me an estimate for a water heater install which was overdue, and after speaking with Kirk, I decided to bite the bullet and have that done too. Raul and Jose explained how my existing toilet flanges were damaged and loose, and not only did they perform the install, but they sent me pics of their work, which I especially liked. I'm a mechanic, and I take pics of my work when I know it looks awesome, and their work was solid. My toilets look so nice, but even better is knowing that what I can't see is also quality. Today, Kirk and Michelangelo got my old water heater removed, and the new one looks really sharp. Call me a nerd, but I can tell when plumbing routing looks good. They checked and rechecked their fittings to make sure everything was tight with no leaks, and then checked and rechecked again. Everyone was professional, friendly, and I'm extremely pleased with the workmanship. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing work. I see their ads on the city buses I fix all night, and I can say first-hand now that they do first class work. Thanks, guys, you rock!

All the employees at South West Plumbing were professional, respectful, and thorough in their work. The price was a shock, that being said, it was a huge job and they were here for almost two weeks working long hours, up to 11 hours, and doing back breaking work. Our sewer was about 100 years old and finally collapsed...which created a ripple of problems. We're back up and running now and good for at least another 25 years!! Phew! Thank you to the team that took on our huge job. The ground crew was so sweet and really made sure we were happy with how the yard was put back together. I really appreciated that. We had excellent work done by SW Plumbing. John Smith came out with short notice on Monday afternoon to fix our sink and did a quote for our Toilet to be repaired the next day. Guy Nelson came out in the morning to pull the toilet replace the flange and rework the pipe underneath it took 2 hours he did excellent work very professional, especially working in a small space. We are extremely grateful for SW Plumbing team working together to fix our bathroom. Highly recommended!

So Chris, the plumber from SOUTH WEST plumbing, heating, air & electric came on time to our scheduled plumbing appointment today. He was very nice, personable and extremely knowledgeable in his plumbing skills. I asked his advice on a kitchen faucet on what color, size and brand to buy for my kitchen sink. He had some great suggestions. I ended up exchanging my stainless steel faucet for a "matte black" color which looked so much better because it matches my appliances. I just assumed that I should match my stainless sink. He suggested a slightly smaller goose neck faucet . Anyway, both my husband and I are very pleased with Kris Kellogg's professional work done at our home today. Oh, we also found out that our hot water tank was going bad so Kris got us an interest free loan for the new hot water tank and labor for the faucet and hot water tank. Much appreciated, thank you Kris!
