Jacob and Kris were absolutely incredible! From the start, they stood out from the other contractors we spoke with. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They went above and beyond throughout the project, were always respectful of our home, and the quality of their work really shows. The whole process felt smooth and easy. We just bought our home and needed our 100 year old sewer line lined and piping laid out to put in an additional toilet. While doing the work they discovered our kitchen sink drain pipe was clogged by grease, immediately made us aware and even redid it free of charge. They also improved the layout by repositioning the pipe to run cleanly along the wall instead of cutting diagonally across the basement room. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled contractors.

AMD's Jake was a friendly, knowledge guy with a positive attitude. He came out, the day after we contacted AMD. They gave us a time of arrival & Jake called ahead after he finished with another job. He assessed the job & was able to give as an estimate & do the job on the same day. He explained everything clearly & did a fine job.

Matt at American Mains and Drains replied to me quick on a Sunday and scheduled me in for following Monday. Jake called me and updated me first thing in the morning and came out earlier than expected which was GREAT! We got straight to work Jake explained to me while he was working the process and how to maintain healthy lines in the future - really appreciate the transparency. THANK YOU JAKE !! I had a situation where my entire sink collapsed — a complete disaster. I contacted American Mains and Drains and had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt and Jake. Man, thank you so much to Jose Gonzalez and Jake Ryan for such an amazing, satisfactory job fixing and changing our water heater. These two guys did such an amazing job that I will 100% recommend them for any and all your home jobs or repairs, and you will not be disappointed if and when hire them. Also, they are very professional and caring. I paid for a 40 gallon water heater, but they upgraded it to a 50 gallon water heater free of charge. That is an amazing show of support and love from these two guys and the company to our family. I will definitely call these two guys with my future house projects that I got lined up. American mains and drains is the go to, recommended, and best company to hire hands down if you are and when you are looking for an affordable, quality, and satisfactorily company to hire.
