American Mains and Drains came out today, and I couldn't be more impressed. The two technicians were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing every step of the way. They also gave me helpful tips on other plumbing that may need maintenance in the future, without trying to pressure me into additional work. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of their service was outstanding. From now on, this is the plumbing company I'll be using. In my opinion, the two gentlemen who came out today deserve a raise for the excellent customer service they provided!

100% satisfied with the service and would strongly recommend to friends and family. Initially spoke with Matt the owner prior to scheduling. The company is family owned and is actively supporting the community. Jake was my technician and he was absolutely kind and professional. He replaced my existing toliet and flange. He was clean and respectful. Again 100% would use this company again and request Jake personally.

Jake and Kris from American Mains & Drains were excellent to work with. They were prompt, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They came same day. I was tied up in work meetings while they were here, and my young kids were running around the house. Kris was incredibly friendly and patient with them. I know that can sometimes be distracting or bothersome, but he never seemed bothered and treated everyone with kindness and respect. They took the time to explain the recommended 2-year maintenance flush for my tankless water heater and answered my questions without any pressure or sales tactics. I genuinely felt they were looking out for my best interests rather than trying to sell me something I wasn’t ready for. It’s refreshing to work with people who are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely recommend Jake, Kris, and American Mains & Drains to anyone looking for trustworthy plumbing service. JY review

Jacob and Kris were absolutely incredible! From the start, they stood out from the other contractors we spoke with. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They went above and beyond throughout the project, were always respectful of our home, and the quality of their work really shows. The whole process felt smooth and easy. We just bought our home and needed our 100 year old sewer line lined and piping laid out to put in an additional toilet. While doing the work they discovered our kitchen sink drain pipe was clogged by grease, immediately made us aware and even redid it free of charge. They also improved the layout by repositioning the pipe to run cleanly along the wall instead of cutting diagonally across the basement room. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled contractors.

AMD's Jake was a friendly, knowledge guy with a positive attitude. He came out, the day after we contacted AMD. They gave us a time of arrival & Jake called ahead after he finished with another job. He assessed the job & was able to give as an estimate & do the job on the same day. He explained everything clearly & did a fine job.
