We have had leaking drains upstairs that have been repaired twice by two different plumbers only to start leaking again weeks later. There was a huge difference between Chuck and the other guys. He identified the problem very quickly the other guys had the gaskets installed in the wrong order both times. He repaired the problem quickly and I know now it's resolved now. You could really tell how much more knowledgeable he was than the others! It also gives you peace of mind knowing your dealing with a master plumber. He is truly a top professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship done right the first time at a fair price!

Chuck Burns is a real professional and proud of his third generation plumbing expertise. Chuck provided a reasonable estimate up front for specific scope of work, performed flawlessly, was very neat, respectful of our home and recommended fixes we did not even realize after we bought our new home on Siesta Key. Our home inspection report revealed many items that we hired Chuck to correct and he fixed them all in a short period of time. Now, we have total confidence our plumbing is functional. Most importantly, the house meets building code requirements. The former homeowner's "improvements" were improperly done and there was other outdated building situations in the new house, not just plumbing situations. Chuck got us up to code! Chuck is now my "go-to" guy for Siesta Key plumbing and would not hesitate to contact him again! I recommend his company for you, too.

Not only was I grossly overcharged but the work wasn’t even don’t correctly, the tech had to come back to correct what should have been done properly the first time! The tech was rude to the point I asked if he was ok! Living in a condo the company was hired by my neighbor and I had no choice but to pay. I DONT recommend this company as the service was terrible all the way around! I didn’t even get a call about the work being installed incorrectly and an apology as I had to take off work and loose pay. Terrible experience!
