I had an excellent experience with EZ Flow Plumbing. Michael arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained my repair options, along with a possible upgrade plan, without any pressure. He then returned as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.He clearly takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers with respect. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use EZ Flow Plumbing again and would gladly recommend them to others.

Whole experience was very positive. They responded quickly & came out the next day. Robert, Matthew & Cody were all professional, friendly & very good at explaining the process, findings and results. Perfect installation of a tankless water heater and water softener with a carbon filter. Installation was smooth, quiet, and clean. Special thanks to project manager Spencer, Kenneth, Braxton, Cody and Lynette. I definitely recommend EZ Flow for any and all plumbing issues. I also had a main line from the street to the house replacement last year. The professionalism, pricing, attention to detail, and time for completion were all above and beyond. I will continue to use EZ Flow if I have any other issues. Thank you all so much.

I m I would like to apologize to EZ Flow for my initial review. I was very worried that I had a major plumbing issue, and my frustration affected the way I communicated my concerns. The team came out twice at my request and made sure there were no clogs and that all of my drains were working properly. Their communication was outstanding, and they were professional and thorough throughout the process. Thank you again, EZ Flow. I definitely recommend this company! with the fast response from the company, but I m not satisfied with the work has been done. The drain was checked from half way out. The technician never check from inside the house to the main. The problem most likely is closer to the toilet not at yhe end of the drain .
