Whole experience was very positive. They responded quickly & came out the next day. Robert, Matthew & Cody were all professional, friendly & very good at explaining the process, findings and results. We are pleased with how everything was handled & end results. Will definitely recommend them and use them again!

I called to have a leak in a wall located and repaired . I was helped quickly and accurately by Christy on the phone and was scheduled that day! Christy was very knowledgeable and kind. Kenneth came that day and was so thorough and thoughtful…. Located it quickly… returned quickly and repaired perfectly. He had to cut through tile pieces and did that without destroying the tile pieces! Everything was clean and included an explanation along with photos for insurance! Highly recommend ez flow plumbing

Rob did an outstanding job resolving our plumbing issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. Wow Rob was extremely helpful. So this man was just outside finishing a job at a neighbors and I was lil nervous to ask for help. But you know what he was so nice about it. I was having issues with resetting my garbage disposal and all the YouTube videos made it seem so easy but it wasn’t. Rob not only took the time out of his day to talk with me he came and showed me how to reset my disposal and how to use the Allen wrench if the button doesn’t work. I’m just grateful for him going above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It saved me time, frustration and now I know how to do it myself 💪. I wasn’t even his customer just a person asking for help. You don’t get customer service and kindness like that anymore. I guess I know who to rely on when I need a plumber. Thanks Rob!!!
