I had an excellent experience with EZ Flow Plumbing. Michael arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained my repair options, along with a possible upgrade plan, without any pressure. He then returned as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.He clearly takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers with respect. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use EZ Flow Plumbing again and would gladly recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with EZ Flow. Rob came out for a home inspection and provided really detailed explanations and helpful recommendations on next steps. We look forward to taking some proactive actions on our new home! Very professional, kind, and helpful.

Whole experience was very positive. They responded quickly & came out the next day. Robert, Matthew & Cody were all professional, friendly & very good at explaining the process, findings and results. We are pleased with how everything was handled & end results. Will definitely recommend them and use them again!

Wow Rob was extremely helpful. So this man was just outside finishing a job at a neighbors and I was lil nervous to ask for help. But you know what he was so nice about it. I was having issues with resetting my garbage disposal and all the YouTube videos made it seem so easy but it wasn’t. Rob not only took the time out of his day to talk with me he came and showed me how to reset my disposal and how to use the Allen wrench if the button doesn’t work. I’m just grateful for him going above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It saved me time, frustration and now I know how to do it myself 💪. I wasn’t even his customer just a person asking for help. You don’t get customer service and kindness like that anymore. I guess I know who to rely on when I need a plumber. Thanks Rob!!!
