American Air did an excellent presentation with a lot of information. They were very knowledgable, able to answer all my questions. The sale rep was also accessible during the install as well to answer all my question. Will use them t in the future. As far as the installation, this is the best installation I have ever seen. Install looks good, platform was redone, molding was added and everything was painted. They cleaned up after themselves, you could not even tell they were here. Excellent install! Thank you!

Great experience! Rashaund Jackson was extremely respectful, professional, and timely. He thoroughly checked my system, quickly identified the issue, and was able to complete all the necessary repairs during the visit. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and would absolutely recommend him!

I highly recommend American Air Plumbing Electric And especially Chris Russ! Had a great experience with him and the company. I had some outlets not working and thought I had checked everything to ensure it was not a trip to GFI or breaker. I had called for a service appointment. On his way, he called and had me check again to make sure it wasn’t just pushing a button to fix and if so that it would save me money. If there was something that I had not seen he would cancel the call so I wouldn’t be charged. Embarrassed to say, turns out that was the case. But I had other items for him to come check so he came anyway. He fixed an output for me that had been an issue with how it was installed. He later came and installed a floodlight on my screen enclosure to cover an area of the backyard that was not getting coverage. Excellent job. Chris was wonderful to work with. He is very customer focused, knowledgeable and friendly. And for dog people out there, you know their reaction to people is a good indicator. Mine are very skittish of new people and they had no issues with Chris. The office as well has great customer service they schedule quickly, great communication and have decent pricing. I will definitely use them again for future needs. Again, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Mandela with American Air, Plumbing & Electric did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond during the service. He cleaned the A/C drain line, cleaned and checked the air filter, inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, replaced a light bulb that needed attention, and made sure everything was running exactly as it should. What impressed me most was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and offered valuable maintenance tips to help keep my system running efficiently and avoid future problems. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. I highly recommend Mandela and American Air, Plumbing & Electric to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!
