The person who showed up to do the work did a very poor job. I asked him not to cut into the cast iron pipe because that would only cause more problems. He decided to cut into the pipe and all h_ll broke loose. He was there for 12 hours (from 1:30 pm till 1:30 am) and never finished the job leaving pipes wide open forcing me to have to put my tenants up in a hotel for 2 days. Then when I got a call the next day the company told me they wouldn't be able to get there for 2 days. I had to bring in another plumber to finish off the job. Also the person who was doing the job just kept telling me it was going to me an additional $1000.00 and then an additional $700.00 which i refused to sign off on. Would never recommend this company. Right from the beginning I told the guy to just replace the rubber coupling where the leak was originally coming from which the whole job could have been finished in 3 hours. It cost me close to $5000.00 to rectify the problem he caused. After getting a call from the operations manager who wanted to hear my story on why I rated them so low, I never heard back from him either.

Had a new minisplit system placed. From the initial quote to actual instalation it was very organized and professional. All appointment times given were honored and during the 2 hour windows they would text updates narrowing the actual times for their arrival. Instalation was done in 1 day, for us, and the installers and electrician were very professional during the install and wiring. They were also great about cleaning up after themselves. We just had the three days of 90 plus degrees, this past week, and all our units performed as expected. Incredibly within the 1 degree as promised. This will be my first year not carrying up, and then down again, from our basement the 6 window units I had to place to cool our home. That alone was worth the cost, which was signicant but also very reasonable considering the quality of the outdoor and indoor units used and complexity of the install, in home built in 1947. Thank you Princeton Air!!

We have a colonial house with two separate units for each of the floors.Our old HVAC was a Carrier system in its 26 year. Didn’t want to wait for it to fail. Went ahead choosing Carrier Infinity top of the line equipment. At Princeton Air both the Sales and Installation Teams were great. Installation team came on time and ensured after the job was done the work area was clean. Very friendly team. They ensured they helped answer my questions. As this is a new installation I am sure they did a great workmanship in line with their brand name. Will add more feedback regarding the installation quality once the new equipment is here for a few months. Overall great experience.

The young man who came out to fulfill our annual service contract was extremely professional and was very thorough. Although he told us we needed a new ac unit I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and took the right amount of time in order to make his recommendation. I want him back every year. Unfortunately I forgot his name because I’m old. He then had Ricky call us with replacement ac unit recommendations. He was just as professional. He then took the time to visit our condo, take measurements himself and then made recommendations on what size unit to purchase. I really feel he saved us money. He was amazing. We then were contacted by a gentleman named Steve who was a manager in the service and installation department. It’s hard to believe but he was just as good as the first two representatives and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was a true professional and a real asset to your organization. I will always use your company if I can work with this team. Keep up the great work. Thanks for allowing me to spend $8,000.its hard to believe I didn’t even get other quotes because I was so happy with your team.

As a second generation McAllister, now, Princeton customer in Atlantic County, I am pleased to report another successful system installation. This year it is a state-of-the-art Combi water heater and HVAC installation at the seashore. Scheduling occurred with "military precision." The bevy of workers and equipment arrived on time -- all friendly and informative. By the second day all done, manual provided & questions answered. Always a good crew to have onsite. Company was also very helpful in scheduling my A/C system maintenance at the same time as all the other work beating the start of the summer season.
