Great Experience from start to finish with MyGuy Plumbing. My tech's Matt and Andrew were professional and courteous the whole way through and did an excellent job on our diverter replacement. All mess was cleaned up before they left and they even accommodated a custom wooden access panel that made the wife very happy. I would definitely recommend and use them again! Charles and Daniel were very professional and friendly. They came on time and worked in a timely manner. Making sure they were neat and clean. Put everything back where they found it, as expected. My husband and I were very pleased with there work. It was a successful job, all the way around. We had a few Plumbing needs to be taken care of today, at our home in Little Egg Harbor. They seem to work together well and were very kind and courteous, which was a breath of fresh air, in this day and age. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable and skilled in this field. One of the many jobs they did,was putting in a new vanity in the powder room downstairs,It came out beautiful! We are sure we will use My Guy plumbing again in the near future! We also hope to have Charles and Daniel, to do the work again for us, too ,because they were terrific!! Thanks, gentleman!!! We are so pleased with the service provided by MyGuy plumbing. A big shut out to Sean who was professional, to be sure that we chose the right" On demand furnace. He continued checking in to be sure we were warm with space heaters over the two days while replacing our furnace during some of the coldest weather we've had. His apprentices, Sam and Andrew were also considerate and helpful. Sean's coordination with the electrician, Jason from Toer Bridge Electric was exceptional, ensuring there were no delays in restoring our heat timely. Sean & Andrew from MyGuy Plumbing are absolutely exceptional. This is now the second house we’ve trusted them to work on, and once again they exceeded every expectation. They recently helped us relocate our old water tank from the attic into our laundry closet, and what impressed us most was their ability to think outside the box to make everything work seamlessly. They also installed new toilets, valves, and even managed to locate a hidden shut-off valve buried under our driveway — something no one else had been able to figure out. What truly sets them apart is how far they go for their clients. They went above and beyond working directly with our HOA, management company, and the township to help coordinate everything and make sure the project moved forward smoothly. That level of communication, professionalism, and dedication is hard to find. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable, and I genuinely learn something new every time he works on one of our homes. Both Sean and Andrew clearly know their craft inside and out, and they take the time to explain everything in detail so you fully understand the work being done and why. Professional, honest, detail-oriented, and extremely skilled — we could not recommend MyGuy Plumbing enough. If you want people who truly care about doing the job right, Sean & Andrew are the team to call.
