Sean & Andrew did an incredible job with our place installing a whole-home water filtration system and a sink disposal unit. Incredibly impressed by how they take time out of their day to communicate updates, explain every facet of their plan and what to expect, and generally just their pleasant and genuine demeanor. They clearly have the end-user’s best interest in mind and demonstrate a level of authenticity and transparency you just don’t often see in the world of contract business.

Jake/Jacob was very good. He explains everything very patiently, tells you all your options, and then fixes the issues very well. I now used them twice, and I will use them again, if something (God forbid) happens. (By the way, I realized that handyman are much cheaper, but what they do, is only a short quick fix until it happens again or even worse, Meanwhile real plumbers are more expensive, but they really fix the issue, not with a bandaide, but with a new pipe, etc).

Sean & Andrew from MyGuy Plumbing are absolutely exceptional. This is now the second house we’ve trusted them to work on, and once again they exceeded every expectation. They recently helped us relocate our old water tank from the attic into our laundry closet, and what impressed us most was their ability to think outside the box to make everything work seamlessly. They also installed new toilets, valves, and even managed to locate a hidden shut-off valve buried under our driveway — something no one else had been able to figure out. What truly sets them apart is how far they go for their clients. They went above and beyond working directly with our HOA, management company, and the township to help coordinate everything and make sure the project moved forward smoothly. That level of communication, professionalism, and dedication is hard to find. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable, and I genuinely learn something new every time he works on one of our homes. Both Sean and Andrew clearly know their craft inside and out, and they take the time to explain everything in detail so you fully understand the work being done and why. Professional, honest, detail-oriented, and extremely skilled — we could not recommend MyGuy Plumbing enough. If you want people who truly care about doing the job right, Sean & Andrew are the team to call.

I had a fabulous experience with My Guy Plumbing. The phone is automated & I was called back within 10 mins. My Guy was at my house 3 short hours later, same day. The plumber, Javon, came in, introduced himself & immediately began a thorough inspection. I noticed he was singing softly & it was very pleasant. We sat down. Javon showed me the detailed estimate, after the licenses & insurance, they carry. Then we discussed my priorities, based on my budget. Javon completed the work. When I looked at the pipes, I said, “it’s beautiful” I knew immediately plumbing is Javon’s craft, his art for the world, not just a job, & he does amazing work! Best part, when Javon was cleaning up, to leave, I noticed I was singing! Then, I asked about the company. Javon, told me All the good things, the boss does for the employees, AMAZING! I’ve never experienced a company with so much compassion and professionalism. Sean came out to evaluate my water heater. It had to be replaced and he explained In detail, what needed to be done. He also had to repair some leaking pipes on my boiler. Sean and Rob did excellent work. The detailed quote I received explaining each item and price was amazing. They listened to all my questions and was very professional in answering them. They have the best customer service. Jill was amazing. I would highly recommend them and I’ve already given three of my friends their card. One of them has already set up an appointment to have them come and look at their water heater. Amazing company With amazing workers
