Mr. Rooter provided excellent service installing the new 50-gallon electric water heater. Jay the technician, did an outstanding job from start to finish. As he arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and handled the installation with real professionalism with attention to detail. Jay removed the old unit after installing the new unit. He kept the workspace cleaned the entire time while on the premises. I highly recommend Jay from Mr. Rooter for anyone needs a professional for their high-quality water heater installation.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Handyman and Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Jason Heavin came out to fix a pipe at my business and was an absolute legend. Not only did he handle the original problem quickly and professionally, he also helped me knock out another task while he was there! No attitude, no upselling nonsense, just “let’s get it done” energy. AND let’s talk about the price because whew… I paid under $600 for everything. Meanwhile, another company had the audacity.... the confidence.... to quote me $2,500 for the same job. Like sir… be serious. Jason was friendly, efficient, honest, and clearly not in the business of robbing people blind. If you want someone who shows up, fixes the problem, and doesn’t make your wallet cry, this is who you call. 10/10 would trust him with my pipes again.

Called Mr Handyman & they sent Jay, who is the nicest, most knowledgeable & professional plumber I’ve encountered. He answered my questions and helped clarify my issue in a timely manner with a smile! 10 out of 10!

Bryan and Jay installed all new plumbing throughout my home in 1 day. They did a great job. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs any plumbing done.
