I can’t say enough good about Trevor at Mr. Handyman! We had a job that couldn’t be immediately done safely due to the ice storm. Trevor came out twice and dug away ice and make temporary repairs to keep these little critters from having a big family in our attic. He also found several more places where they were getting in and making themselves at home. After the dangerous ice melted, Trevor spent hours replacing wood, repairing all the roof damage etc. Every time Trevor called or came out to our home, he was courteous, professional and committed to take away our concern over all these squirrels in the attic. Trevor went over and beyond to put our minds at ease and clear the squirrels out before making themselves necessary repairs. He and his crew cleaned up everything perfectly after the job was completed. We felt like he truly cared and treated our home like he would his own. We are very grateful to have discovered this company and look forward to calling Trevor back for more work in the Spring. The office staff was also excellent, friendly and courteous every time I talked with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars All the Way! 😃

Mr. Rooter provided excellent service installing the new 50-gallon electric water heater. Jay the technician, did an outstanding job from start to finish. As he arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and handled the installation with real professionalism with attention to detail. Jay removed the old unit after installing the new unit. He kept the workspace cleaned the entire time while on the premises. I highly recommend Jay from Mr. Rooter for anyone needs a professional for their high-quality water heater installation.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jay Morehead for the outstanding service he provided at our company. He came in to repair our toilet and went above and beyond from start to finish. Jay was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but he also made sure everything was cleaned up and double-checked before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who brings this level of care and professionalism to their job. We truly appreciate his hard work and exceptional service. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was called to address two issues: a clogged kitchen sink and a partial main sewer line clog. I was told that clearing the main line would resolve the kitchen sink problem as well. Before leaving, the technician only briefly tested the kitchen sink and then informed me that the sink issue would actually require approximately **$6,000** in additional work. I was asked whether I wanted to schedule that work, but I declined at that time. After they left, the kitchen sink was still completely clogged. I called the following morning to report that the original problem had not been resolved. Kyle Grissom told me that they do not warranty their drain cleaning work and stated that the only way to fix the kitchen sink was to proceed with the approximately $6,000 repair they had recommended. I found that response extremely disappointing. A customer should reasonably expect that if a company is hired to clear a clogged kitchen sink, the sink will actually be functioning when the job is complete. Instead, I paid for a service that did not resolve the original issue and was immediately directed toward a much more expensive repair. Later that week, I hired Hiller Plumbing. They successfully cleared the kitchen sink clog for less than **$500**, without performing the extensive repair Mr. Rooter insisted was necessary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. If you live in the greater Nashville area, I would recommend looking at other established plumbing companies that stand behind their work.
