Christopher came into our home and was very polite and professional from the very beginning. He understood and detected the issue right away, verified his hypothesis and quoted fair prices. Our furnace system is a very unique system and rather different, it may or may not have a manufacturers warranty so he has prepared us for both situations, we really appreciate Christopher being so honest by telling us both the higher and lower amounts it really had us prepared for what to expect. It was also covered in ice, I am a worry wart so to ease my mind he was ok with putting a towel in their to asure it would not ruin the electricial wiring. Thank you Christopher for all your help and honesty. We will ONLY use Chapman if we need help with things again. I know you service other things also, so I will keep that in mind also. Thanks again. Chapman did an amazing job replacing the shower fixtures in our shower. It was a daunting job and on our bucket list to make our shower deluxe. We are so happy that the hot and cold are now similar pressure and we truly have the shower we had been working towards for years! Thanks especially to Brandon, Ryan and Chris for their expertise! Great work team!

We had a plumbing emergency. Every drain was backing up and we had a few terrible messes. My wife is recovery for surgery and not having working plumbing was not an option. I’m a DIY guy and spent Saturday trying to solve the problem and save money. I knew I’d installed a clean-out 35 years ago, but after a day of digging and probing I gave up. That meant we needed a service call Sunday morning. Heidi was the answer. I wanted to use Chapman. (I’ve personal experience with the company going back almost 45 yrs.) Their A.I. scheduler did its job. We had a plumber, at a reasonable price, communicating with us before 8:00 am. Heidi listened to my explanation and understood — and agreed — with my analysis of the problem. She quoted me a price and in under an hour our problems were solved. She was delighted to work work with. In the end I was charged a bit less than the quoted price. Our toilets and sinks are functioning, I’ve mopped the floors and cleaned. We are good to go. Thank you, Heidi, and the Chapman Team! I will not hesitate to call again for plumbing and HVAC service.

I’ve used them for both my work and for personal use and I have been pretty happy with them. At work they have diagnosed and solved my heating and air problems multiple times with my HVAC. Recently, we used them to clean my son’s house furnace vents. He just moved in and the previous person to live there was a heavy smoker. Though the house had been cleaned and painted to remove all the odor, it still gave a terrible smell when running the A/C. So a couple of young men from Chapman came and cleaned out the vents. My son said the smell improved immensely after they were done. (Picture of the bag of junk they pulled out of the vents below) I have found that the people at Chapman do a great job of communicating when they come. The people on the phone have always been friendly and helpful. They have always arrived during their promised time period. They seem to do a good job.

Isaiah Porter did an excellent job with the air contioning unit today Tuesday, June 2. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, 8:00am. First he inspected and cleaned the main unit and also replace the air filter. Then, he checked the machine located outside. He cleaned absolutely every single part of it separately. As a result, it was lef spotless! Mr. Porter is a wonderful person - very polite, kind and careful. Furthermore, he seems very happy with it work. Everything went almost exactly the same as with the people who came last year. Thank you very much.
