Best experience possible in a tenuous situation. Having an egress installed only to find a water line interfering with the installation. Junior arrived right on schedule as promised. His professionalism is unmatched— he evaluated the situation providing a thorough explanation of what needed be done. Junior knows his work—friendly and courteous he rerouted the line with precision and workmanship normally found in a very seasoned technician. I’m sure anyone reading this gets how pleased I am with the job. Junior is my go to guy for any and all future plumbing related issues. Kudos to Elkhorn—they installed my AC unit several years ago. They don’t disappoint!

Our AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of 2026 and I called Tipping Hat. Jacob showed up early at the house the very next day. He was able to diagnose our system problem, provided an immediate recommendation and a reasonable estimate for total repair cost! He then had the install Team scheduled within two days and Mark and crew did a fantastic job! Highly recommended professional HVAC crew! Thank you!

Jay Mitchell was fantastic. He was knowledgeable + incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He kept us updated on his arrival time, explained what was happening every step of the way, and took the time to answer all of our questions in terms we could actually understand. We felt taken care of from start to finish. + We ended up signing up for Elk Horn's Whole House Comfort Membership Program (the 15% discount certainly didn't hurt, but the decision was an easy one after the experience we had). We had Elkhorn come and service our Heat Pump, which went out in the middle of the heatwave. They came out as soon as they could and solved the problem. Writing this from my inside my comfortably cooling home, as we speak! I want to give a big shout out to the service technician, who put in a lot of hours and legwork to troubleshoot and then get all the parts necessary to get our system running before he left for the night. Not only did he get it running, but he was communicative, forthright, and respectful throughout the process. We really appreciated his dedication and honesty in resolving the issue. Elkhorn is lucky to have an employee like him! Thank you Jay!
