These guys are SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO! Big shout out to our plumber, Sheldon! He has taken care of the pipes in 2 of our homes and has delivered quality work every time. ☺️ Thank you guys for making this process smooth and easy for us. We booked our appointment online, received a confirmation call, and the administrative team was able to move up our appointment to accommodate our timeline. My family and I truly appreciate you guys! I have used Legacy Plumbing a few times and it is always a good, professional experience. On this occasion they supplied and installed a new water heater and an Autohot on demand recirculation system that I had bought. Eric was very thorough and explained everything to me fully. He showed me how to maintain everything and how to flush the tank. The recirculation system is awesome. Does not need a dedicated return line and delivers hot water in less than a minute when button pressed on Bluetooth remote. I’m very happy with everything.

"We called Legacy Plumbing a couple of weeks ago to fix a clogged toilet. This toilet had been a problem before and other plumbers were unable to clear the stoppage. When Luke from Legacy showed up, he was able to identify the “root” cause of the issue. After removing the toilet from the tile floor, Luke cleared the line from the roots that had obstructed the flow and we are now able to use the toilet again. During the entire time, Luke kept us informed about what he was doing and how much the cost would be. We are very pleased with the work done by Legacy Plumbing and would recommend the company to our friends."

He cleaned out the clog that was back behind the wall under my bathroom sink, explained to me how and why it forms, and suggested what I can do to keep the drain open in the future. He also found a leak I did not know I had and repaired it. He alerted me to corroded valves that could cause problems in the future if not replaced. He left the cabinets under the sinks and the floors where he worked clean and orderly. The cost came in a little less than the quote. I will recommend Legacy to others."

"The plumbers kept me posted on their arrival time and spent time to fully understand the problem, then they went right to diagnosing the problem. Once the problem was found (a leak where a brick wall meets the slab foundation) they replaced the section that was leaking. It was in a difficult place to access, so I knew it would not be an easy fix. Most of the repair work was done outside with temps in the high 90s. The men were at my home for nearly half the day, so I was expecting a huge bill, but it was much lower than I expected. Still they were cheerful and courteous for the entire project."

"Absolutely! My sister (Sue/Jim Pressler) has used you for years in Plano. We used Legacy at our mother's house in Plano this spring for three different issues. I was sold when those service calls happened. With me being in the commercial and retail buildings business I'm constantly asked for a reference for residential trades. "Wanted quote to install tankless heater and after analyzing system it was not feasible. They did a good job here but, I then asked for quote for one 50 gal heater and received BS about needing to replace both heaters. Current heater is only 6 yrs old and works fine. Really felt over sold. Quote was double what I have received from others."
