"We called Legacy Plumbing a couple of weeks ago to fix a clogged toilet. This toilet had been a problem before and other plumbers were unable to clear the stoppage. When Luke from Legacy showed up, he was able to identify the “root” cause of the issue. After removing the toilet from the tile floor, Luke cleared the line from the roots that had obstructed the flow and we are now able to use the toilet again. During the entire time, Luke kept us informed about what he was doing and how much the cost would be. We are very pleased with the work done by Legacy Plumbing and would recommend the company to our friends."

"The plumbers kept me posted on their arrival time and spent time to fully understand the problem, then they went right to diagnosing the problem. Once the problem was found (a leak where a brick wall meets the slab foundation) they replaced the section that was leaking. It was in a difficult place to access, so I knew it would not be an easy fix. Most of the repair work was done outside with temps in the high 90s. The men were at my home for nearly half the day, so I was expecting a huge bill, but it was much lower than I expected. Still they were cheerful and courteous for the entire project."

Legacy Plumbing sent another technician for the second time to redo the rest but he failed to save the video on the SD card either. But Legacy Plumbing was able to retrieve the video and dropped the USB to our place. It would have been 5 star experience if everything went smooth at first place. But I do appreciate Legacy Plumbing to take corrective action quickly to solve the issue."
