I wanted to give a big shout-out to Wayne and Cameron for their fantastic work installing our new tankless water heater! They showed such professionalism and care in their work that I’m a huge supporter of Legacy Plumbing. The best part was Wayne calling the next day to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly with the new water heater. That’s a fantastic example of customer service! I had an excellent experience with Legacy Plumbing. Johnny and Bryan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They handled both a bathtub repair and a bathtub shower repair, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they were fixing it. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right. If you’re looking for reliable plumbing work and great customer service, I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing, especially Johnny and Bryan. I had an excellent experience with Legacy Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day, on very short notice, and the pricing was very fair with an awesome warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. Ramone, the technician, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly while working and made sure I understood what was being done and why. On top of that, he went above and beyond by fixing an electrical breaker issue, which technically wasn’t even his job. That kind of honesty, knowledge, and extra effort is rare. I’m extremely happy with their service and would 100% recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy work.

Exceptional service by Legacy. My outdoor faucet had a leak from the winter freeze. The pipe was broken near the faucet. Sean and his partner from Legacy came out and told me upfront about the pricing and potential issue. I agreed and they replaced the faucet within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. It was quick and professional. Highly recommend!
